This is amazing!! I just started listening to Pastor Vlad’s sermons about a month ago when a friend sent me one of his messages. Two days ago, I had a dream where I was walking at night and my legs became tangled in a spider’s web. I quickly removed the web and proceeded to walk on my way. Then, I felt in my heart that I should go back and kill the spider. I went to the origin of where the web was located, and almost immediately the spider crawled out. I stomped on it twice and killed it. Then I woke up! Yesterday, I had remembered that Pastor Vlad had done a teaching called Kill the Spider on his TH-cam archive, which I had saved on my “Watch Later” playlist. I waited till this morning to watch it, but not before I did my daily Bible reading. Today, I read Psalm 147-150. And, when Pastor Vlad taught on Psalm 149:6-9, I was like, “Wait, I just read that this morning!!” Praise God for confirmation! Praise God for His help! This has inspired me to fast and pray with instruction and focus to overcome the spiritual oppression in my life! Thank you, Pastor Vlad! Thank you church! ♥️

Someone please enlighten me about how to do 1 to 3 day fast. So, for 1-3 day fasting meaning there's no more food intake for 24 hours to 72 hours straight and just water intake and not a single meal break per day at all.
I have a question about fasting. I watched one of TB Joshua's teaching about fasting. I can't find enough teachings on fasting by him, only short ones, just one or two. He said that if our fasting is not Spirit-led as in the case of Jesus, then at the end of our fasting, it is possible that an evil spirit comes in instead. He shared one example of a person who did 40 days fasting to have an evil spirit enter him instead. After listening to this teaching, I got really concerned. I am not exactly sure what TB mean by Spirit-led? Does it mean Holy Spirit has to initiate fasting and we should not fast whenever we feel like it? I was fasting once a week but after the teaching I was wary and stopped. I need more teachings on fasting, especially on the how to.
Hi. Spirit led means you should consult the Holy Spirit. When I fast, I ask the Holy Spirit to give me a day or date trust me you will get a date. I do not fast without being led by the spirit.

Its up to you, if you feel led to fast without a break for few days and your health allows you to do so, then do it.
