I always get the front row seat, of course I have a room all my own, love to watch al your video. I can still do some outdoor chores, have to keep moving as i am 90, and believe me your joints can lock up quick. The Lord is so good to us be safe.
We are doing the same as you. Bought a place that was full of trash and thrown all over the place. 8 large trailer and truck loads (not pickup) to the dump. We keep finding more. Thanks for sharing. The place looks better every video.
Good morning, I think that fence post was actually a tree that was used as a fence post, and those roofs are actually that tree's roots. Regards, Bill H from Cranberry Township PA
It looks great. I can just picture the animals under the summer shade of those beautiful trees that you kept. Hope there are no more junk piles in your upcoming fence line adventures!
Everytime I see you two working together I think maybe the world does still have a chance. Ya'll are awesome keep up the good work and love for each other. 😊
I have good luck with placing my bucket on the ground and using the curl power to pull out posts. For real stubborn posts I use the quick hitch on the three point and chains.
Poison Ivy/Oak: trick I learned is use Dawn dish soap (old school is Naptha soap) and a Wash Cloth. You need the mechanical action of the wash cloth to remove the ivy oils. It works from first contact to when blisters/itching show up (itching vanishes immediately). Practice using dirty car/tractor crank-case oil or implement grease since you can see that to remove. I've used soapy paper towels too.
A prickly ash tree has thorns. It's also called Tickle Tongue Tree. Some native Americans used the bark to relieve tooth ache. It's effect gives a tickling sensation.😜👌But beware of anything poisonous😱
Put your chain downlow then put a truck wheel under the chain and let the chain go over the wheel and pull on it It will come right out the bigger the wheel the better
If I’m not mistaken the curl of the bucket produces more power than the lift of the loader frame. Lift as high as you can then try curling bucket/ grapple up? Next time.
Sounds like when you are digging, that the tractor is idling. You should be running at full throttle. Learn to use both levers at the same time. That will stop the jerkie moves. All is good, it's a time thing, the more you use it the better you'll get. I enjoy watching.
Granny and I keep dish soap in the shower. When we have been in the brush, we get a shower lathering up from head down then rinse and do it again. The dish soap cuts the oils from poison oak/Ivey. Then we shower with our regular soap. It really helps. We use Dawn liquids but other brands might work.
My wife is very sensitive to poison ivy too. She will break out just walking past it. I used to work clearing power right of ways, leave all the stumps until last. That way if you hit dirt you have all the other work done and not have to stop to file the chain.
I don't think that was a post. I think it was a small hedge tree that was trimmed and used as a post .I could be wrong , but I have seen them used that way . Surprised to see Rebecca that near vines at all with that severe an allergy. Not something to fool around with . Great video. You are REALLY improving that property. Looking GREAT !
You want a grass eating fish. Check on Tilapia fish and they breed every 3 weeks. Great for tacos. They won’t be year round. They need a warm temp. Just a thought.
Confirmed. We had one do that in a damp swale. Nice post - about 5” at top and recently cut. We eventually had to cut the sucker that grew out of the top. We figured if it took root, then it was going to be extra sturdy. I was too young to help in the building of that fence, and I’m 68 now, and that post is still there.
Osage orange used as a fence post I have seen grow roots and the tree could have grown through the post. Love seeing you learning the tough job of farming. Thanks for the adventure.
I think you two are doing a great job at cleaning out the trash and trees. I love watching these types of video, especially the before and after. Thanks for sharing and I hope you two have a wonderful weekend!👍
I think the roots of those trees are intertwined with that post !
A very frustrating day today,.Looking great.Wi(
Fence row is looking awesome. You are the only person that I know of who calls it Brush hogging , down south we call it Bush hogging.
Rebekah intro! A star is born!!
Lots of hard work but sure looks nice❤❤❤
WOW looks very very nice your guy's
It's looking great
Your tractor's plenty big enough. And the trees are plenty small enough.. what I do is push the tree over stump pops out get rid of everything
Great job keep up the great work love your videos thank you
Good team work. Great video. Thank you. 👍
Fun video guys. Thanks
Y'all work well together!
The starting sequence of your Husqvarna is exactly the same as mine.

Glad Rebecca seems to be getting more comfortable on camera. Always good videos, but more enjoyable when you two are working together.
Teamwork makes the Dreamwork!!!

Looking very good guys.
I love seeing a husband and wife working together. My wife and I have been married almost 43 yrs. Doesn't work without teamwork. Love y'alls Videos.
42 years here and there’s no way I could do everything alone
Boy, what a team. Good to see Rebecca start off the video.
Looking good x
Take an old rim and wrap chain around the post run it over the rim and hook it to the back of the tractor and pull
Looks great. Major difference
Got to love the good old push it strategy.
hedge post tough stuff burns hot
Nice job, looks much better. Keep up the good work. Another awesome video. Have good/ safe travels this weekend guys. Thanks for the video

Hey, say hi to Mike and Melissa Morgan next time you see them!
You know it's true lol.
Looked like a beautiful day to clean up the fence line. Looks good.
I am officially caught up on watching ALL of your videos! Wow you've made great strides on the homestead! Looking forward to watching more.

Cherry is a good fire wood.
Everytime I see you two working together I think maybe the world does still have a chance. Ya'll are awesome keep up the good work and love for each other. 😊
Guys are doing one hell of a job
Back before my time they use to put a pipe through the bottom of the post making a upside down “t”
Dude looks amazing. Great job you two
The roots of the tree are all in it

I love your videos keep up the great work friends!
We use locoust for fence posts in central pa it has a yellow orange tint to the wood and doesn’t rot easily
I'm sooo jelly of you two... but in a good way ! love your channel !
Hey they must have back in the day used concrete to hold the post and the tree grew over the concrete over time good job.
7:35 lol "You can't make this sh - stuff up!..."

You two work together so we’ll. I like when Rebekah is on the videos also, it’s great to see her! 😊
I just found your channel not to long ago. I love your channel. My husband and I are the same age . We enjoy doing the same things y’all do.
Spray that fence post you cut off with the tree killer. It might grow back. I love seeing yawl work together.
When I get a tough to pull post I just hook the chain to the drawbar on the tractor. The hydraulics pull them up easily.
That entire tree line looks amazing. It’s easy to see how much work went into cleaning it up. Way to go guys. Very impressive job. 👍
Put your chain downlow then put a truck wheel under the chain and let the chain go over the wheel and pull on it It will come right out the bigger the wheel the better
Looking good guys🙂
Thanks 😊

Wild grape vines. We have a lot of them
thx again
Love how you guys keep cleaning up the place! We are doing the same thing here at our place! Keep it up!
I am certain that the vine covering the tree was wild grape (muscadine).
Looks Awesome 👌 God Bless and have a Wonderful Weekend!! 🌹😊❤
Nice video. I'd love to see Rebekka operate the TYM, she seems to be a quite capable lady.
i see another brush pile burn video coming. 😁👍
Those vines could be wild grapes

@3:40 looks like wild grape vines to me.
Use the 3 pt arms lower center of gravity wait is right by the post should pull straight out
I think you two are doing a great job at cleaning out the trash and trees. I love watching these types of video, especially the before and after. Thanks for sharing and I hope you two have a wonderful weekend!👍
Looked like a locust post and they last up to 50 to 100 years
The vine on the tree @4:28 was a wild grape.
Another great video! Thanks!!
