We then make our way out to Kelvin Way, passing the Kelvingrove bandstand before crossing the River Kelvin.
With the Kelvingrove Lawn Bowls and Tennis Centre on our left we turn towards the imposing and majestic Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum on Argyle Street. Our Kelvingrove Art Gallery tour brings this film to a close.

Oh man... spent the best years of my life there. Thanks for bringing back some cracking memories for me! Watching the new year fireworks from the flagpole at the front was always a treat for us. Not many people knew that you could walk in on New Year's Eve hehe. (even while carrying some badly hidden booze)

Museums in Glasgow are free
Indeed they are - and they help make the city an affordable and interesting place to spend a weekend (or two!)
Really nice university but what about the locals? Glasgow has a pretty rough reputation in terms of the population and city
I'm not too familiar with that ICrazy, I can only say we encountered a great deal of friendliness during our short visit. All the best to you.
I’m a Glasgow Uni student. Glasgow has a big local culture and to me this makes the city a vibrant place to live. People in Glasgow can be rough around the edges but most people are friendly. It’s not really a reserved place and people say what they think.The city has so much beauty, lots of green spaces, old buildings, and art in public spaces.

Hi Jasmine, thanks for dropping by. We wish we had captured more of the museum, there were more rooms, but at the time we just made this an overview mainly of the grounds and building. We'd certainly be more thorough next time. have you seen the Louvre walk we have here, you may prefer that? All the best to you.
MYSTERY! At 19:10 we see 2 girls indoors on a gallery balcony. One wears a yellow top and the other wears a safari suit and a bandaged knee. The camera then continues on and leaves the museum. Just before the end at 22:34, we see the SAME 2 girls outside, walking TOWARDS the entrance where the camera has just left. Weird, huh?
Oh how observant of you bluecanary, now I’m going to have to watch it again and work that mystery out. Perhaps it was their doppelgängers?
