Quite certain Frisco's not wearing a plain, old towel. Looks to be a length of terry with some sort of waistband or perhaps Velcro closure. Or a modified large towel. They'd need assurance it would stay put. Very easy to make. He's also wearing some kind of under garment (flash of it when he runs to the apt door).
