- Kumar Vishwas, the AAP leader is one of the party's leading faces in the Delhi legislative assembly elections. He stated that the BJPs tactics in the elections like attacking Arvind Kejriwal's community etc, were uncalled for. He said he was sure that the people of Delhi will vote for AAP to bring about a real change in the ground situation in Delhi.

I think we may have found a future PM in Kumar Vishwas (nationalist, courageous, honest, visionary, hardworking, focused). Our honorable PM Shri Narendra Modiji will likely get re-elected next election, so my hunch is 9 years down the road.

Having national ambitions is quite an arduous task for parties like AAP. At the very least the aspirants for national political roles should visit most of all the lok sabha constituencies at least once, connect with people, understand the multi-cultural social fabric, develop a strong understanding of the issues & ground realities, come up with a meaningful blueprint of national and local issues (in case of aberrations) to resolve, mobilize ground support, create a strong cadre-base, earn cadre respect through propriety/dedication/personal-sacrifices and run a positive issues-based campaign - no name calling and mud-slinging please! BJP and Congress have a strong hold over many of these points, I however believe that they too should steadily start getting more issues-based, foster honest transparency in functioning, willing to take on big challenges & seeing them through, bold commitment-focused delivery and groom strong, honest, hard-working, dynamic leaders who are not afraid to voice issues afflicting people and the nation. Hopefully in a decade from now, India will have a very strong issues-based democratic setup with great leaders spanning multiple political parties that other nations will envy us for and learn from.
