Sponge cake:

1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
5 whole large eggs (separated)
1 cup sugar, divided
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
3/4 cup milk
2 generous pinches saffron
3 Milk Sauce:
1 Can evaporated milk
¾ can condense milk
1 cup fresh cream
1 Pinch saffron strands
Fresh cream Topping:
2 cups fresh cream
1/4 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
Garnish:
Pistachios
Rose Petals
Saffron Strands
