White buffalo calf receives name during sacred ceremony

The sacred white buffalo calf born earlier this month was named during a sacred ceremony in West Yellowstone.
Wakan Gli is the name of the sacred white buffalo calf. Its name means sacred return or comes holy.
Over 500 people gathered in West Yellowstone to witness the special event. For some officials, it’s an astonishing day to honor this sacred animal.
