      @@destro4450 you are welcome. I had major problems with the music coming from outside the stadium over Mass Camp. You can hear some of it in some of the races. Took me a while to clean up some parts of the videos (edit out the music that caused copyright issues)

    I am familiar with compton, sharpe, simmonds and others of foster/sprintech but it's the first am seeing some of these guys from the said camp. Boy some athletes must be very grateful for this all commers meet i guess

      Since the last three world Champions have been Americans perhaps it’s time to throw those secrets away and get back to the training 90% of them got from us. This meet looks like battle of the children 🤷🏾👎🏾.

    After watching this and before I even saw Gary Card's time I said to myself that his form is noticeably improving. Then I saw that his time is a PR and it confirms the importance of proper form. (Tina & Tia...pay attention 🙂). Thanks again for the uploads J-Dub!

    So many of these up and coming athletes are missing tha fundamentals of sprinting....get tha technique right then you can flow into running faster times....can't stress this enough...

    Simmonds a gwaan mon if only he were a Jamaican. Very unfortunate for the Clarendon college yute, he might have gotten a faster time given situation. Some of these skl athletes competing for scholarships and the like. They should also know to take their time- within reason- to walk back and recover rather than what he did. Know the meet affi run on time but them coulda give a min or supmn. Rough. We want to see all athletes healthy. Big up Julian!

    People do not give there all at these events cuz they don’t want to injure or exhaust themselves so don’t get too worked up if they aren’t running at optimal level. It’s smart not to . Save it for when it counts the most.

    There was no discretion used in the case of the athlete who ran a full 100 m all by himself. This shows an ineptness on the part is the meet directors! Shame on you!
