It keeps dropping off his mouth... I think the dummy is a home made one as it looks like it, and the magnet I think is too small and really sticks out... I tried it on my baby girl, and she doesn't like it either... She likes her own. I thought about making magnetic dummies, and if I can get it right, to make more and sell them to put the money towards another baby...

Not all, just depends on the creator. You can put your own magnet in but it means taking the head off.

You are best to get a honeybug dummy , then you can turn the magnet in the dummy to suit your baby.
