It’s creepy how photorealistic this is. It’s like they decided to make a fourth movie just to show off what they can do with the characters and environments. I’m not totally mad at it.
I totally disliked it. I didn't like the 3rd one either but this was worse. I guess you get use to certain people being together and then they had to change that. I know kids grow up and everything but it didn't have to go that route. I really didn't like Bonnie in this one. Not only did she not keep her word to Andy but she didn't like any of the toys. She was more into a fork. Didn't make sense at all. To me it was the worse one. The story sucked. The whole point of Toy Story was kids loving toys which you did not get from this movie. And why did they have to remove Boo and Woody from the other toys? It was unnecessary. And the two new ones who were stuck together did they get the home promised to them? No. So it was like they just made a movie to split up the gang. Woody and Buzz were the only ones that acted right but even Woody at the end decided not to be a toy which went totally against his character. Being a friend to a child was what meant everything to him. It kinda made me mad at Bonnie and Boo because of those two the whole gang was split up. Because Boo wanted to be free and made Woody want to be. And Bonnie not caring for the toys. It just wasn't Toy Story to me.

I’m worried about Woody’s health. He’s been given a hard time and getting through many traumatizing situations. Even if Woody was very selfish in the first movie, he never wanted to be replaced and that when he got lost, he had to find a way to get back home while bringing Buzz home(which still didn’t know he was a toy)

I was extremely hesitant to them making a fourth film as I was to them making a third film. I didn’t want them to ruin what they had already made. The trilogy was perfect as it was. It had the perfect ending. But after I saw the fourth film I changed my mind. Not only was the fourth film hilarious, interesting, etc, but I realized that it was worthy of being made and added something pretty important to the series as a way to end it. The third film finished Andy’s story. Andy had grown up and gave away his toys to the next child to play with and enjoy with limitless imagination. But as the series is called Toy Story and not Andy Story, it makes sense for them to finish the toys’ story as well. And I felt like they did that perfectly in the fourth film. I thought it was a really great finish to the series, and I’m glad that they made it.

I still have Woody 5 years after the heart wrenching separation. I cry every time my sister hugs him this year since she got back with him.

Unpopular opinion, but I thought the ending was very fitting, woody had been a great toy, as he was with Andy, woody was always there for Andy because he was Andy’s favorite toy, but Andy grew up, and so did woody. When woody went to Bonnie the roles changed and he wasn’t needed anymore, he realised that forky was what Bonnie needed more than him, since his role was finished as a toy he went with bo helping toys find kids as his new purpose as he did with forky and gabi. While I think toy story 3 was a perfect ending, it only told the end of Andy’s story, while toy story 4 told the ending of woody’s story

TS4 was cute but unnecessary. I didn't like the way Woody was pushed aside and ignored, he shoulda went to college and stayed with Andy. Part 3 was the perfect ending.

What have I misses? Toy Story was one the biggest parts of my childhood and when I saw this movie I was... SO HAPPY like in my opinion this was so good and Forky as a character was so cute and I don't see why some people hate this. After all, this is kindergarten, not high school, and there are toys in the classroom to play with as well.

I was turning 17 and I’m now nearly 20
I was extremely hesitant to them making a fourth film as I was to them making a third film. I didn’t want them to ruin what they had already made. The trilogy was perfect as it was. It had the perfect ending. But after I saw the fourth film I changed my mind. Not only was the fourth film hilarious, interesting, etc, but I realized that it was worthy of being made and added something pretty important to the series as a way to end it. The third film finished Andy’s story. Andy had grown up and gave away his toys to the next child to play with and enjoy with limitless imagination. But as the series is called Toy Story and not Andy Story, it makes sense for them to finish the toys’ story as well. And I felt like they did that perfectly in the fourth film. I thought it was a really great finish to the series, and I’m glad that they made it.

Yea I agree, I cried on 4 because it reminded me of the day my sister and her Woody separated; it was a hard choice for my sister but she made the right choice. I still have Woody 5 years after the heart wrenching separation. I cry every time my sister hugs him this year since she got back with him.
My sister spoiled the end of this for me so I didn't watch it for ages despite having looked forward to it for months. But apparently it didnt matter that I knew how it ended because I just watched it today and I was sobbing by the end of it.

Unpopular opinion, but I thought the ending was very fitting, woody had been a great toy, as he was with Andy, woody was always there for Andy because he was Andy’s favorite toy, but Andy grew up, and so did woody. When woody went to Bonnie the roles changed and he wasn’t needed anymore, he realised that forky was what Bonnie needed more than him, since his role was finished as a toy he went with bo helping toys find kids as his new purpose as he did with forky and gabi. While I think toy story 3 was a perfect ending, it only told the end of Andy’s story, while toy story 4 told the ending of woody’s story

What have I misses? Toy Story was one the biggest parts of my childhood and when I saw this movie I was... SO HAPPY like in my opinion this was so good and Forky as a character was so cute and I don't see why some people hate this. It's true that Woody left the gang and Bonnie didn't keep her promise but still I don't know, I just loved this so much.
That broken promise and his pull string box taken were absolutely the worst plots in this movie, let alone the whole franchise. They should have ended with the 3rd movie. I don't see any reason why they had to make a fourth one.

It kind of bothers me that Bonnie would get in trouble and Woody confiscated just for being in her backpack. It wouldn’t be like she brought a cell phone to school. Since it’s only her first day of orientation she should be allowed to bring one to keep her company for at least the first few days of school, as long as it doesn’t distract her during instruction or activity time. After all, this is kindergarten, not high school, and there are toys in the classroom to play with as well.
