Clay, if you need some time to just farm and upgrade your units to a higher limit, to surpass your own limit, please do so, but don't give up on Arknights! Make THE comeback and smash these stages 💪
for units with nukes (like big casters), there are fast-redeploying cheap units - like Yato, Gravel, Jaye, etc etc drop them, bait the annoying ability - and retreat them to get back DP baiting is a standard AK strat
This 2 operators have a low dp requirement and a passive fast redeploy skills in which you can put them again in the map again faster than other operator class, in short they are your sacrificial pawns. Tip: Before your operator hp goes to 0, you can undeploy to return some of their dp cost so you can put another charcter faster.
Honestly don't sweat not being able to finish babel, when I first started playing I got the sheep event (so long adele) like a week after and I couldn't even beat stage 3, now I'm waiting for the rerun to get my revenge. And if you're stuck in the main story also, you probably need to level your units more, and don't neglect leveling their skills, it's sometimes even more important than the levels themselves. You're also kind of lacking in good operators because you're not pulling at all saving up for the Wis'adel banner, which will surely give you a bunch of good units you can use, even if you ignore the OP queen Wis'adel herself.
I feel like every player after year 1 has that one event when they were new that they couldn't complete fully so its pretty normal. For me it was Stultifera Navis and the stupid mud that steamrolled my early squads
@@OneAndromeda559 Stultifera Navis is my event, started playing 1-2 weeks before it started, couldn't beat SN-7 and had my 100% REVENGE 1 year later with lappland XD
I disagree with the "good operators" bit. He has his 3*, and he has Mountain. That's honestly more than enough, he just needs to level them up and learn how to play.
@@OneAndromeda559 Same, i started roughly around the time when SN dropped. Made it all the way to the boss stage, but it was just too much for me to handle.
I dunno man, whenever i would use a guide back when i struggled i typically used Eckogen or Dr. Leon, never really bothered with KyostinV, except for during the Kaschey fight.
Btw most of player will recommend you to upgrade your myrtle to elit 2 as soon as possible, so you can used elit 2 support when needed Why myrtle? Cuz you will use her even on hardest content and because she cheap And just build your *3 its cheap and they will carry you in early game... Some of them even actually good like kroos and melantha
For what I see you need to build spot (tank with healing ability), gravel (fast redeploy for sacrifice), and any 2 block vanguard (fang, courier, scavenger) you're struggling to hold lane with myrtle so 2 block vanguard will hold the lane+generate some dp. Lastly you can retreat unit before it die to refund some dp
I‘d say it‘s less neglecting but moreso suffering the early player material bottleneck. Even scratching together 50k lmd can be a pain, especially since you can speedrun getting your base build
People been trying to help him in the comment, but he didn't "read", he can't "Read" 🤣🤣 to get Lappland, it need 3 or 4 video uploaded from him when he finally getting her
@@ebering4.039 he neglecting it cuz he force him self to build *5 he not even used when he can used the resources early game to build *3 and some of *4 if needed to made better an more stable roaster in early game then build *6 on top off it after can clear 2 permanent map of annihilation and every farming Chip farming stage
@@TintaFiksisorry, but Asbestos has been carrying my f2p account so hard. I got the say about 5* is overwhelming with higher costs compared to 4*. But it's a fact that 5* is stronger than 4* by stats alone. And Asbestos really help the aoe arts damage I lack since my options are either Lava or Gitano, since Grey is so damn lacking. The only problem he had is the way ge doesn't approach the game using intended mechanics, like Asbestos doesn't have to places as frontline tanks, you could put her behind and lelt her charge her SP and do what she does best
i see some youtuber try to review Odda, but from the title of the video is definitely not positive, didn't really watch the video though cause i don't raise "husbando" on low tier, exception on highest tier (6*) only 🤣🤣
"SPACE INVADERS" That needs to be a meme voice command for stream decks, lol! Building your trust bond for your operators matters. The stats for your Ops will help. Once you start rolling and get more operators, I know you'll be fine. Save some time to farm materials as well 😁
I have a sneaking suspicion that he has not touched the base at all, so he isn't getting any steady supply of money and exp Probably why he's underlevelled
@@censoredscone5670 It's not mats he's critically missing but LMD and XP, which is 95% of what you get out of having a base built. I think he has like 1k LMD total right now which means he can't even level up the units he needs to get these missions done.
You say that as if you use Myrtle for damage and blocking. I get the dp part, but at the point she is upgraded properly it is later stages and on those stages she will deal no damage and no block because you need dp.
@@Kyle81290 Nah, Im not, having only 1 dp gnerator is awful especially at start, so if he adds another vanguard who can block and grnerate dp myrtle will be just fine.
@@wickeddave5148 I got by with Fang and Myrtle, although yeah Courier is better (but more expensive to build). Once I got Texas from the pinboard missions I switched to having her be my 2-block vanguard of choice and just skipped Courier.
Enjoying your content, but I have a few suggestions for you that many others have pointed out as well. 1. You need to use Fang instead of Myrtle, or at the very least in conjunction with Myrtle. Myrtle is not an early game friendly unit and you will be better served with the passive dp gen, 2 block, and relative tankiness that Fang has over Myrtle. All the blue 3* units are cheap to max out and are useful for their upgrade cost, it is not a waste of materials to use them especially since you are getting stuck. 2. Get Gravel and level her up. She is what is called a Fast Re-Deploy unit with very short cooldowns to redeploy her and is also cheap dp-wise. She will always be useful even in end-game for so many things, and she will solve your "licorice" caster guy problem as well. 3. Pay more attention to when skills are available to be used, Myrtle, your healers, and tanks are oftentimes sitting there with their skill available to be used. 4. You may like Asbestos but she isn't very good. She is an Arts Defender instead of a Physical Defender and there are not that many uses for her over a normal Defender. So you're paying a lot of DP for a worse unit stats wise for your situation. For now I'd suggest shelving her until you have a more stable roster, and then later on you can bring her back if you like her that much. You can use Spot in her place. 5. Your Base needs to be worked on so you can earn passive income of LMD and XP that will help upgrade your units without you having to spend extra sanity. 6. Consider going back from chapter 0 and beating all the Challenge versions of those stages and 3* stages that you previously only 2*. 7. You should try and do the Annihilation stage, that's the red tab at the top right at the beginning of the video that says 3 days left 0/1200 Orundum. That's the weekly stage for obtaining gacha currency to get more pulls, and you will need all you can get soon for the anniversary units. Even if you can't clear all 300 enemies, you will get an amount for however much you can clear on different thresholds. 8. Perhaps think about dropping Gitano for Jessica, Steward, or Spot. AoE casters like her are very expensive dp-wise and aren't as needed. Looking forward to seeing you improve over your Arknights journey! Zakume#1854 for friend.
While being under leveled is true, incase you didn't notice, operators have different roles. Popukar, the chainsaw girl ,is an aoe guard (blocks 2 attacks 2) and Midnight, the guy to her left, is a ranged guard like Lappland. Mountain s2 is not a damage dealer like Melantha, meaning that he can't replace her. Myrtle only has block 1, unlike Fang who has block 2 that prevents enemy leak.
the reason is why ppl telling him to use Myrtle is because she is better DP recharger as tier 4 not for anything else... but ppl didn't mention about it, then again even if there is ppl telling him, his not reading the comment 🤣🤣
I was the same when I can't progress that one stage from Grani and the Knights' Treasure event during the earliest days of Arknights so don't sweat about not completing Babel.
there's this cheap to level chameleon guy 4 star you can get off the red certificates shop called Ethan who I found very helpful throughout the event. He doesn't block as a melee unit and specializes in slowing in a ground AoE. he's very helpful with the chain mechanic and has an RNG chance to bind. He's also the same archetype as Ascalon, the 6 star that debuted with the event so a lot of stages have a really good place to put an Ambusher somewhere in a way that's really hard to miss. Same goes for Manticore/Kirara if you have them instead. Oh right, when you turn on Mountain's skill 2 he loses range and stops being able to attack enemies he isn't blocking even when they're in front of him, you can turn it back off to turn it on again just to finish off the scissor guy. The licorice caster only binds on his first attack with the first unit that gets in his range. If you have a means of doing ranged stuns to them when they tie up your units and stand in place you can interrupt them with either a shift(push/pull) or a stun. (You could also just retreat the unit they tied up but that implies they didn't tie up someone vital to your formation)
I prefer Eckogen over KyostinV. I feel like Ecko better explains what he's doing, and he frequently uses the lower-rarity operators that everyone should have, making it easier to copy his strategies. But yeah, you're actually trying to meta your way through the Main Story with your under-levelled squad. When I did 4-5, 4-6, 4-7, it was with no less than 5 operators at Elite 2. Also, KyostinV's Low End Squad for BB-6 relies on all the operators being at max level, with max Potential, and I'm guessing skills max upgraded. It then relies on extremely precise execution. You just aren't there yet, and probably won't be before the event ends. Personally, I have not even attempted BB-6. I only completed BB-5 to unlock the free operator, Odda, in the King's Call To Arms event mission challenges. (Don't forget to collect him - a free operator is a free operator.) You can do the same in all the Side Stories/Intermizzis; play just enough stages to pick up the free operator, and finish the rest at a later date.
I, too, feel like Eckogen's guides actually made me understand what's going on and how to apply that knowledge elsewhere. Also after watching both of them for some time i found Ecko to be much more... how do i put it? Human? He feels warmer somehow.
I'd highly suggest giving Integrated Strategies a go. It's fun, takes no sanity, and has very significant rewards especially early on. Including a boatload of LMD you can gain. The latest mode IS#4 is pretty difficult with a newer account, but IS#2 and IS#3 have easier difficulties. Those ones also have all of their Monthly Squad challenges available, and completing those gives all the materials you need to E2 several operators. I'm sure you've seen this multiple times, but you need a better Medic than Hibiscus and you should build up Gravel at least to E1 so she can act as bait to keep your important units from getting stunned, which is what's causing you a lot of problems. Enemies that have cc are simply going to be a thing from this point forward, and you need to have some solution for it. You're pretty strapped for resources to get those units built up which is why I mention giving IS a go and building up your base so it can make money and XP for you.
2:46 Your Myrtle is E0 lvl 40, and her subclass isn't really meant to be fighting any enemies. Even at E2 lvl 40 I only trust myrtle with the lowest of mobs like wolves. 3:47 Once the attack/skill animation starts, the target for the attack/ skill has already been decided. You need to place the bait unit before that. Fast-redeploy units like gravel are perfect bait units. You have lappland, she can silence the abilities of the exploding slugs/spiders. Silence = no explosions. For Babel, the enemies there are generally has low defense, so don't bring gitano and lava but snipers like Kroos/catapult. The enemy with Jet-boots have physical dodge but with most the enemies having a lower defense, it makes sense to just use physical damage and not bring a team of mixed dps. Kyo used Kal'tsit because physical dodge doesn't work on true damage. You can also use Virtuosa's elemental damage to bypass the dodge too. Even without bypassing the dodge, you can just stall with defenders and medics while slowly killing them with snipers. When the Jetpack enemies come just use a fast-redeploy to bait them to flying, since they don't attack when flying, you can just use a level 1 gravel to bait them. When "weaver" guy comes in contact with your defender, you can put Mountain directly in front since he can attack two enemies at once and block other enemies. The running guy can be baited by a fast-redeploy as well (his strong attack is only a one time thing) Also Asbestos is more defending against Arts damage, against the "weaver" you need physical defense. Beagle is better here, Cuora and Bubble even better if you have them build. And the "weaver" has aoe, so don't place squishy raged units adjacent to the defender blocking him, diagonally is fine.
If you struggle a lot i recommend you to check Eckogen's guides. He beats stages with low stars units, and typically one strong support unit. He might help you. AND RAISE YOUR 3* PLEASE.
Tips for every new player: 1. do not push too hard in event stages (unless it is the mini story or collab even like monster hunter). The event will be there for you to clear later on. Just focus on sweeping the event store. This will net you a lot of material and lmd to upgrade your operator. 2. If you want to push your stage, use the practice function. You have 30 tries (unless you use it for challenge mode). 3. Upgrade early operators especially 3* and some of 4*. They are big massive help. Also upgrade their skills especially for dps and dp operators. 4. Upgrade 1 if 4* to elite 2 ASAP, this open support for elite 2 operators. 5. Build your base. If you can, follow the guide out there, but if you are lazy like me, you can do just the bare minimum. 6. Play other free sanity game modes like integrated strategy and reclamation algorithm. Especially RA, you can just spam and quit for reward.
If you need cannon fodder to throw at the enemy, Fast Redeploys are your best option. They are specialist operators. Super low cost, like 5 or 10 dp, and they can get redeployed super fast (like 20 seconds I think). Some people have said that you should use Texas The Omertosa as a support unit. And well, she is pretty good. A lot of damage and she is a fast redeploy. But, if you wish to use fast redeploys of your own, use Jaye or Gravel. I think you have them… but if not it’s super easy to get them in recruitment as long as you have the fast redeploy tag available. Jaye is good for killing a specific target, he can also silence them. Gravel is a punching bag, throw her against a strong enemy to either bait their super strong skill or delay them, retreating her is optional xD Fast Redeploys are not always useful, but when they can shine they really do a lot of the heavy lifting. And, at least for me, some of the levels ahead have been made easier by having them.
The lickerish guy can be countered with fast redeploy operators like Yato (1 star) or Gravel (a 4 star). U can let the lickerish guy ability be used in these bait operators. These operators are very cheap and has faster redeployment/respawn time so they are the perfect bait. also u can rush elite 2 your myrtle. right now your support units are capped to elite 1 level 80. With elite 2 myrtle u can borrow max level support units with skill masteries and more passives and skills unlocked.
When I started my first big event was Il Siracusano. I made it through the first five levels on my own but ended up needing a support to finish the event because, as you noted, I didn't have the DPS to kill enemies fast enough to not get eventually overrun. You've very close on that Babel clear using Kyostinv's strategy, and a support to simply to kill the enemies you're trapping fast enough would seal the deal. Ironically the unit you're looking for to block and kill multiple early enemies while also giving you enough DP to get things set up is... Texas. Who you do get for free for completing all the pinboard missions.
One important thing to keep in mind, is that once you get to the lategame, it is pretty darn cheap to raise a unit to about elite 1 level 40. You shouldn’t be afraid to invest in units to that point, because long-term it is a negligible amount of resources. Especially when it comes to 3*s, who are EXTREMELY cheap to max out and will give you the stats to get through the early game.
Licorice Wizards. Them and the blocks are my main enemies in Arknights. The licorice wizards seem to be your ops now. I commend you for trying out Babel. Believe me, trying to do an event stage when just starting is tough. Even with good units it is still tough. Still enjoying your journey with Arknights and here's hoping you save enough pulls for W Alter. ^_^
you have to recruit more ops and level them all more, theres 3 stars and 4 stars you are missing that are easy to get. you can also go back and do challenge mode for more recruitment currency
Even if you don't clear the babel stages, farm the highest stage you can for points to then redeem at the event store. It's worthit. Lapland silences those exploding spiders so just give her a healer and she should be fine. The spiders explode and damage all nearby ops so place your operators a bit farther if possible. Maybe check how to E2 Myrtle. Once you do this, you can borrow stornger supports. Also, please check their skill level. What is Mountain's? I'm pretty sure he should be able to recover hp fast but yours isn't. Maybe I'm remembering wrong...? For those magicians that tie up our operators, maybe you can use Yato. She has a fast redeployment talent. Meaning she is a good bait. Just make sure you recall her before she dies so you can redeploy her again fast.
Now i watched this and i do feel like i'm watching some kind of replay of myself as a new player... The struggling, the blatantly refuse to read the stage mechanics and enemies (EN players curse lol). Also being mad for failing and saying the infamous "skill issue certificate" phrase: i need to level up my units bcs i don't have dps... Now as a somehow veteran player on this hellish and mesmerizing experience that is Arknights, my advice: You ALMOST NEVER lack dps on a stage... you do often LACK SKILL or INSIGHT of how to use your operators instead and even the game mechanics. I feel like new players tend to subestimate The importante of the tutorial stages, things tou only perceive as fundamentals when you hit a situation later when that knowledge take it's toll from you really hard and u find ys stuck. There's always a way, bro. Nicheknights players prove this. Imagine the sheer embarrassment of yourself by cooking your brain for an entire hour to pass a "hard" stage, and then you open yt AND SOME CHINESE DUDE SPEAKING BY TONGUE TWISTERS COMPLETED 3, 4 STARS OF THE SAME STAGE USING ONLY E0Lv1 OPERATORS. Bro... in this cases i feel like i'm too retarded to play this game. ...But i guess it's a canonical event for every doktar. Srry for the giant text and thank you if you read this, and may Hypergryph bless your gambling addict- i mean, your hard worked pulls.
You could farm previous stages in Babel since you get currency equal to the stamina you spend and use that to buy LMD and upgrade materials in the event shop. Also focus on leveling up skills to level 7, specially for dps ops. Just make sure to have your main squad built.
3:20 ClayYo: I cant get pass BB-6. But its fine! There is still plenty of story for me to play. The Story: Stage 4-10 everyone favorite Frost Bunny. Yeah, he gonna die. A lot.
So I said this in a previous episode, but look into fast redeploys. Find someone with a Texas Alter or Kirin Yato. They trivialize stages like this. But even barring them. Having someone you can set down to be a decoy for licorice man and lancer dudes can change the flow of battle for you.
That costs sanity and would only reward OP, which won't help solve the underleveled problem. He needs to be using sanity in ways that give him the resources he needs to level his squad. Right now that's probably farming Babel for event currency to buy LMD/XP/Mats so he can stop using E0L30 operators on content expecting at least near-max level E1s.
@@Reldan That OP reward is exactly one of the reasons I'm suggesting this. His progression is stuck, and he needs content for daily uploads. He could try some challenge modes and spend the rest of his Sanity for farming. He could use those OP to refresh his Sanity and speed up the farming process. Arknights is much more forgiving in gacha compared to other games, and using OP for Sanity isn't a bad strategy. I personally use more than 60% of my OP for farming, and my account is in good shape (Year 2 F2p player, 70 six-stars)
The reason you can't beat BB-6 is because you have mostly E0 operators, and the recommended level is E1 Level 50. But that is fine, just focus on slowly leveling your operators, and you can progress more smoothly. Of course, you do NOT need to max your operator levels out immediately, I have a bunch of E2 level 1 operators who work perfectly fine, but just leveling and promoting operators gives SO MUCH to the stats. Trust me, I found this out the hard way when I joined back during the fun little event called Operation Originium Dust, which houses an incredibly spammy boss at the end...
Still not a full e1 team, still not all sl7, but the push continues, idk how much further the jank can go. I mean mrytle is e0. check out the supply stages.
Said him "the only" true Doc is invalid. There's 10-20% Doc are not using Guide, and also the Bili² players (the Chinese) If you said one of the true Doc, then kinda valid
The best thing he can do right now is farming up instead of pushing stages (repeat the highest possible Babel stage with auto repeat while showering or cooking, do some of the easy Annihilations etc.). I just recently had to delete 15 players of my friendlist who didn't make it to even level 20 before they quit. I fear he will grow frustrated soon.
Also building and staffing a base. It's easy to overlook that (I had a friend who quit who thought the base thing was just a silly optional side thing). Without a working base you are not going to get enough LMD and XP to keep up.
You can still farm babel without beating any extra stages. The event currency is just as efficient at lower stages. The event shop is incredible for a new player
I thought I told you to use texas Alter for BB6 >.< Try to find her first... you gotta find her hot... so you have no worries about her looks. You can use Texas "not alter" too, for stunning the lancer.
You really want to upgrade your units. You're doing recommended E1 L55 stages with half your team E0 L30. You don't have to match the recommended levels but your guys are super low level for what you want to do.
If you think that things are getting way too hard for you then you can start playing tye past side events, you should be able to do the first side event (skadi and the Knight's treasure) very easily because you have mountain
There is more than the current side story of Babel as theres intermezzio and the side stories, both of which has free units that you cna go get and explore those levels, perhaps you'll gain some free units that might help with your current situation. Theres also the integrated strategies and their monthly teams (which are over) and has a lot of rewards that can help you get somewhere as well as some things for elite two and other rewards for simply doing some levels. I'd recommend leveling other units as they can come in handy when higher level and in my own opinion, don't get too over reliant with support characters all the time even though ling is phenomenal as a operator, try to explore a little more. One last thing is recruitment, there are actual combos you should go after to get certain characters, feel free to look up the calculator to get the specific combos.
Best bet for you will be to grind the event for lmd and exp chips for a few days (nothing else really), and raise your 3s to e1 55. All guides assume e1 55 for the units, so once you do that youre golden.
Pay attention to what Kyo says and not the character he puts down. For example he says "aoe guard here" that means you need an aoe guard So YOU NEED to learn the subclasses
your rooster are just too underlevel, you spread your lelveling too thin. focus on e2 your myrtle, which enable you to borrow e2 operator then borrow an e2 who can self sufficient or enough to hold line while you summoning other ops.
Start upgrading ur base. U need daily dose of exp and money to upgrade ur squad. Ure at a chapter where cheesing stages with low level ops is no longer viable. Gotta lvl them up asap
Bruuuuuuhhhh.... You need to learn undeploying your ops, you're getting half of their cost as "refund" when you do. Also, as a sacrificial lambs, use either Vanguard "Yato" or any fast redeploy op specialist.
Time to teach him to use Gravel, the sacrificial rat 😂 And it's really recommended to level up your operators to advance. And instead of a daily content, release a video each 2-3 days to match the sanity's recovery if you don't inject money in the game
"I dont have the characters for this" when using better units than Kyo who only had 3 stars in that clear is a wild statement. It's more about your positioning being worse than the characters. Kyo had the mageboi and two snipers at 1:13, you have only kroos out at 2:40 despite amiya chilling in your box and being able to clear the towers and the snip-snipper easily.
Kyo is using Max Level 3* units with S7 skills and Pot 5, which means they all cost -2 DP compared to what Clay has and have way, way more stats. I genuinely don't believe Clay can pull off even Kyo's strategy with the mishmash of low-level operators he has right now. I mean, the 3*s are extremely cheap to level up and there isn't a great reason to not have them at or near maxed out by this point, but his "better" units aren't that much better and most of them are much worse.
@@Reldan Dude, LOWY played until like chapter 6 without the need for leveling any units. And he managed. I can assure you Kyo, or most doctors, would be able to beat this level with Clays account. I would love to limit the level of my units for this to show you it's possible, but that's not a feature. So either Clay starts actually getting the money and xp cards from Babel after farming it, or he continues bashing his head in a wall. I see him forgetting to actually use units, abilities or deployables half the time
@@Reldan He deviated too much from Kyo is what i said originally. And he also took to long to actually activate myrtles skill every time. So he lacks dp to deploy more damage dealers. Which means he can't get rid of the guy in time. It's a devious cycle
Not cooked, just farm Exp and Money in the Supply Stages to Level your ops at the very least. If you can, also try to get their skills to Lv7. Would recommend Promoting a 4 star like Jessica to Elite 2 so you can have access to the full potential of your Friend's List Support Units. 4 star units are much cheaper to promote to Elite 2 than 5 and 6 stars.
Don't push yourself too much on Babel. You can farm it on another stage like BB-4 or BB-5 (TBH, it's possible to you to clear it, but... You can continue later, there's still 10 days left, that's more than enough for you upgraded your Ops (to E1)) You did well
Arknights is very simple when you understand each operators roll. Take some time and learn the classes and what rolls they play, so you can properly ustilize them. From what I gathered, you're just putting them on the field hoping they do enough damage. For example, Vanguards can't handle high defense enemies, so hoping your under built 3 star vanguard solo a tough enemy is ridiculous. Also, it doesn't hurt to look up a tier list, so you don't waste time and resources leveling a subpar operator. When you're now starting out events can be very challenging, so don't feel bad if you can't clear it all. Alot of the game can be cleared with 3 stars, so just look up the ones that are worth building and invest in them until you get better operators. Also, don't forget to borrow operators from other doctors, that alone can get you through alot of stages, so do some research or just play around and you'll quickly figure out which ones are over powered.
Lv up your operator skill so that either A. faster recharge or B. bigger damage speciay myrte upgrade her to E1 and raise her skill lvl to 7 so you can print DP faster
max lvl and max skill lvl all of your 3 star units ASAP then ez win and also max skill lvl mountain (except adnachiel he is useless i actually never seen any guide that used him yet at least)
ye you have gaten to the point you need to invest in youre character or be stuck (end thets what hapens when some one is stinging on the materials for ther characters) beside arknights is werry generos comperd to a soreten ather gatch game so dont be stingy whit the metarials
I'm hanging in there...I WILL PREVAIL!

I feel like every player after year 1 has that one event when they were new that they couldn't complete fully so its pretty normal. For me it was Stultifera Navis and the stupid mud that steamrolled my early squads

if you’re stuck, grind the early babel stages to buy materials from the shop (lmd, battle records) to level your ops
3:33 just good old fashion --- Oh my god, everyone is dead. WTF is that? LMAO.
Btw most of player will recommend you to upgrade your myrtle to elit 2 as soon as possible, so you can used elit 2 support when needed
Why myrtle? Cuz you will use her even on hardest content and because she cheap
And just build your *3 its cheap and they will carry you in early game... Some of them even actually good like kroos and melantha
Build Fang to E1L55
Cheap &
It's even more newbie friendly than Myrtle.
&
E1L55 upgrade 3* base skill for starting the base.
You not dont have them... You neglect them😂
You own most of *3 and yet neglect them yet again not upgrade thier skill
I‘d say it‘s less neglecting but moreso suffering the early player material bottleneck.
Even scratching together 50k lmd can be a pain, especially since you can speedrun getting your base build

I gave up after 2 videos trying to tell him to not use Myrtle, she's terrible at low investment. No damage, no block, no fast DP generation.
You say that as if you use Myrtle for damage and blocking. I get the dp part, but at the point she is upgraded properly it is later stages and on those stages she will deal no damage and no block because you need dp.
@@jeownek I see you are one of those telling him to continue using Myrtle.
@@Kyle81290 Nah, Im not, having only 1 dp gnerator is awful especially at start, so if he adds another vanguard who can block and grnerate dp myrtle will be just fine.
People usually use both courier and myrtle in their squad, works just fine.
@@wickeddave5148 I got by with Fang and Myrtle, although yeah Courier is better (but more expensive to build). Once I got Texas from the pinboard missions I switched to having her be my 2-block vanguard of choice and just skipped Courier.
You should have a little prairie dog called Gravel, throw her at the lickerish wizards (don't even need to level her up, you should, tho)
Myrtle only has block 1, unlike Fang who has block 2 that prevents enemy leak.
the reason is why ppl telling him to use Myrtle is because she is better DP recharger as tier 4 not for anything else... but ppl didn't mention about it, then again even if there is ppl telling him, his not reading the comment 🤣🤣
the real BB from fate probably laughing her ass
Level says 1 promotion level 50. places non-promoted level 30 plume EYO WHY IS SHE DOING NO DAMAGE?!?!?!.
Bro learnt how to activate melantha skill
If youre stuck, cant advance the story stages. Then, how about trying to do the challange mode on some previous stages?
I was the same when I can't progress that one stage from Grani and the Knights' Treasure event during the earliest days of Arknights so don't sweat about not completing Babel.
You've hit the grindwall.
Watching kyo tutorials while playing ark is literally the definition of arknights 😂
you need a rat. that have 18(-2) second redeploy time and is meant to be disposable.
there's this cheap to level chameleon guy 4 star you can get off the red certificates shop called Ethan who I found very helpful throughout the event.
(Don't forget to collect him - a free operator is a free operator.)
You can do the same in all the Side Stories/Intermizzis; play just enough stages to pick up the free operator, and finish the rest at a later date.
I, too, feel like Eckogen's guides actually made me understand what's going on and how to apply that knowledge elsewhere. Also after watching both of them for some time i found Ecko to be much more... how do i put it? Human? He feels warmer somehow.
Clay needs to feed his operators now!
use deep color summon to bait the wizard.
I bet if he gets Click he'll think that's a boy too.
clay getting grilled… youll get em eventually clay…
I didnt even make it past 4th stages of events early on lol
Youre hangjng in there, thats for sure
The running guy can be baited by a fast-redeploy as well (his strong attack is only a one time thing)
Also Asbestos is more defending against Arts damage, against the "weaver" you need physical defense. Beagle is better here, Cuora and Bubble even better if you have them build. And the "weaver" has aoe, so don't place squishy raged units adjacent to the defender blocking him, diagonally is fine.
If someone got liquoriced, just retreat them for the half DP refund, they're dead anyway
If you struggle a lot i recommend you to check Eckogen's guides. He beats stages with low stars units, and typically one strong support unit. He might help you.
AND RAISE YOUR 3* PLEASE.
Tips for every new player:
1. do not push too hard in event stages (unless it is the mini story or collab even like monster hunter).
3:57 there's a character named gravel or if you're dirt cheap, yato
Gravel is a punching bag, throw her against a strong enemy to either bait their super strong skill or delay them, retreating her is optional xD
Fast Redeploys are not always useful, but when they can shine they really do a lot of the heavy lifting.
Build the base... This will help you a lot. Coming from experience
Never underestimate the tenacity of zero sanity doctors
Now as a somehow veteran player on this hellish and mesmerizing experience that is Arknights, my advice:
You ALMOST NEVER lack dps on a stage... you do often LACK SKILL or INSIGHT of how to use your operators instead and even the game mechanics.
I'm still proud of you
You could farm previous stages in Babel since you get currency equal to the stamina you spend and use that to buy LMD and upgrade materials in the event shop.
Also focus on leveling up skills to level 7, specially for dps ops. Just make sure to have your main squad built.
You'll need fast redeploy units like Gravel, Yato for the licorice wizards.
Once the enemy skill hits retreat the affected unit or kill the caster.
8:05
You saw casters walking in, and you immediately realized what is about to happen
the question in - why did you not put any units as a bait?
If you feel underleveled, try clearing the challenge mode of previous stages.
Mountain skill3 is gonna make u go crazy
Bro realy let the sacrifice operator to die instead of refund some DP👀
Have you touched you base yet? It passively makes exp and money for you

There's 10-20% Doc are not using Guide, and also the Bili² players (the Chinese)
If you said one of the true Doc, then kinda valid
@@Kyle81290 I don't see a issue with his "yapping" since the goal is to help you to understand better the mechanics and get better.
Use 2 star unit called Yato, she have - redeploy time
And gravel
I thought I told you to use texas Alter for BB6 >.<
Try to find her first... you gotta find her hot... so you have no worries about her looks.
You can use Texas "not alter" too, for stunning the lancer.
You should probably buy lmd and exp from the babel shop if you haven’t already
retreating recovers some dp so if an op is boutta die retreat them for extra dp
Clay doesn’t notice the deployment limit?
Use Gravel her entire role is to be bait. Cheap to deploy and fast to deploy again after getting herself killed
All guides assume e1 55 for the units, so once you do that youre golden.
do you have guard Amiya? Turrets don't affect her much when skill is active.
You can't get ling for about 9 months and you'll probably need 300 pulls to get her
Pay attention to what Kyo says and not the character he puts down. For example he says "aoe guard here" that means you need an aoe guard
So YOU NEED to learn the subclasses
your rooster are just too underlevel, you spread your lelveling too thin.
focus on e2 your myrtle, which enable you to borrow e2 operator
then borrow an e2 who can self sufficient or enough to hold line while you summoning other ops.
Time to teach him to use Gravel, the sacrificial rat 😂
And it's really recommended to level up your operators to advance.
I see him forgetting to actually use units, abilities or deployables half the time
@Zero_Shift Dude, I didn't say the level was impossible. I said he couldn't just replicate Kyo's strategy with his current units.
You can farm it on another stage like BB-4 or BB-5
(TBH, it's possible to you to clear it, but... You can continue later, there's still 10 days left, that's more than enough for you upgraded your Ops (to E1))
You did well
You should consider to go back and three star the levels you missed
Lv up your operator skill so that either A. faster recharge or B. bigger damage
speciay myrte upgrade her to E1 and raise her skill lvl to 7 so you can print DP faster
max lvl and max skill lvl all of your 3 star units ASAP then ez win and also max skill lvl mountain (except adnachiel he is useless i actually never seen any guide that used him yet at least)
ye you have gaten to the point you need to invest in youre character or be stuck (end thets what hapens when some one is stinging on the materials for ther characters) beside arknights is werry generos comperd to a soreten ather gatch game so dont be stingy whit the metarials
