Malaysia is never a strong country but Malaysia used to play with a draft without retri as our jungler accidentally picked flicker. And also minotaur with sprint. We sucked it up and still play. We accepted our own mistake like a man. Even if we lose. Asking for pause for many times is still fine. But this? Man up Cambodia.
as im aware , you can remake a draft if youre having a technical issue , but just right after the problem occured . not after you had technical issue and you takes time to see opponent 's pick afterward. tht is fking unfair

I saw after they picked lapu lapu, they tried to talk to the mashall. I thought that should have stopped there but they let srg picked their last pick anyway

This was a human error not a game error or some bug so organizers should have not allowed a redraft. I'm not an ML player but as a fan of esports in general this is unacceptable. This kind of reasons are not allowed in Dota. In Dota misclick or not or got random pick because you got out of time is already final. Making a new lobby after the draft because there's a bug is okay but making a new lobby and change you're drafts is dumb and dirty. This one is on the organizers not the teams.

Here's my take on this. SYS "run out of time". The Yu Zhong pick was deliberate but not the LapuLapu... The Lapu² was randomly picked by the game itself simply because they don't have a time. With that, SYS demanded a redraft ONLY for the last pick. On SRG's side they have enough time and decided to pick Kagura..
Now the issue here, to me, are (1)whether or not SRG will agree to a redraft; (2) Should the organizer allow a redraft. It seems that there has no prior incident related to this that's why a redraft was concluded on the grounds of time insufficiency on hero selection. Though, i find the decision "on redraft" as fair BUT for SRG not allowed to change their last pick on Kagura is DISCRIMINATELY unfair.. the reason? Simple.. "Why do we have a draft in the first pick?" The answer is so we can make a gameplan and decide what strategy to take so and so.. The Kagura pick was decided simply because SRG had concluded that it was the best against SYS draft, particularly the YuZhong ang Lapu² pick.. Now, why is SYS allowed to change their last pick but not Kagura? If the conclusion was SRG cannot change their last pick, then SYS can strategize an optimal pick be it against Kagura alone OR, the entire SRG comp.. the org made an unfair decision.

Run out of time is not a bug. It is human error and they are not entitled to redraft for their own error.

If it's a technical error which is something that is out of anyone's control, a redraft is valid. But something like a misclick is not technical, it is a human error and therefore shouldn't even be allowed to redraft! and 2 times too? what is the organizer thinking??

Considering thats MSC like any other tournaments organized by moonton follow somewhat of the same rules as MPL here are the rules that were broken in this game(According to MPL-PH latest rendition of their rules, and can be found in their website under "About > Rules")
1) "Selection Error."
In the event of an erroneously-selected Hero pick or ban caused by personal reason, the erroneous selection shall be deemed IRREVOCABLE(So a remake should't of had happened in the first place since the draft was most likely caused by a player error and not a technical malfunction). If it is caused by a technical reason or malfunction of the Game, the Team in error must NOTIFY A REFEREE IMMEDIATELY , the referee and the MPL official will then communicate and confirm with one another before deciding whether or not the Player can reselect.
In case the draft continues after a selection error was reported and ruled to be caused by a TECHNICAL REASON. The draft will be reset and restarted with all previous picks and bans until the selection error.
Which from what i saw, SYS initiated 2 redrafts, the first for idk(could be excused for a technical reason, but the SECOND redraft is just inexcusable)

Onsite Pause Rules
Under theses rules and under the list "The only acceptable reasons for a pause are as follows" it indicates no where that a player can request a pause or stoppage of a game/draft cause of a handwarmer. The game can be paused by Equipment issues, but only under:
Disconnection of the team communications system
Disconnection of in-game sounds from player earphones or headset.
- All of these are based of whats seen and presented on live. We as audience don't know the reasoning behind the actions taken in this match, but judging from the footage we can assume that the rules above were broken to some degree-
While, the drafts could be an honest mistake, that happened TWICE?? We kinda really get a glimpse of their antics as they paused a game for a HANDWARMER?? and that pause coming in halfway into the game? Unless an official statement comes forward we can only assume and speculate as to why the redrafts even happened in the first place or why a pause for that reason was allowed. Either way just from the livestream alone tournament rules were broken, disqualification from the whole tournament might be a bit too harsh but these type of behavior must be penalized to the highest degree possible. Such a mess for the audience watching live and as well as the staff and teams competing.
SRG should request a rematch for game 1. If not, every team should redraft in coming matches just to clown the organizer.
It's unfortunate to have a redraft as it changes the team mentality of the other opponent, however lets not count out that when we say redraft both teams have equal opportunity to change its heroes.

I don't know if it's just me and my team, but I had two matches this patch where I had a pre-selected hero during the picking stage, but when I locked it in it selected another hero. Not sure if it was a bug, but it also happened to my teammates too.
It happened to me once I chose Joy and the game gave me Eudora

I think in MPL PH before this had the same issue but the organizer just proceeded with the wrong draft picked by the team because it was a human error and not a system bug. Shame on this MSC organizer.
The rules as stated in MPL-PH:
