Hi Elvis im 172cm and 82kg and 109cm chest and i got a Medium becouse L is huge so try a Large first hope it helps

I know your reply is a year old but for someone else similar in size I'm 6ft 2 and 200lb (187.96cm) (90.7kg) the XL fits Perfectly this is the most useful, comfortable Tactical style Jacket I Have ever had, Fits very well with body armor on the outside. And the XL has room to fit Soft Armor under it and not be too tight.
