I've been making okra gel for the last 2 months and my hair literally has gotten thicker and longer I cannot believe it. This is the best kept secret in town. I always consider my natural hair being a slow grower but this okra gel my hair loves it it's like crack for your hair. It has My curls popping I could use it for wash and go or I could just use it to detangle my hair I could use it to twist my hair up with a little bit of leave-in conditioner my hair loves it. It's like a miracle for my hair
Can you leave it in your hair without washing it out ? I bought some but when I looked at TH-cam ppl saying leaving it will cause scalp fungus thats the last thing I need 😢

I tried to do it but I didn't have a strainer so I only got a little bit of the gel and ate the rest of the okra I never eat okra omg if only I knew how delightful it is with rice and black eyed peas which I also dont eat make sme wish I would have ate grandmas cooking when I had a chance I was missing out! I cant wait to do this with a strainer the part of my 4 c hair that got some of the gel is so smooth and soft and the curl pattern shows! I cant wait to have hair like yours someday! no more africas best leave in conditioner going to be making this and eating some soul food :)

Hi Thank you ! I store it in the fridge. It can last last up to 2 weeks in the fridge but you can also add natural preservatives to increase the shelf-life of the gel.
