Mam....soak 1 cup of raw rice for half an hour.....spread it on a clean towel....when it is still wet, grind it to a fine powder (just 5 minutes drying is enough...you can't make fine pwd if it dries completely).....mix jaggery powder and make a chapati like ball.....make a sushi like a lamp and pour ghee and lit the lamp
