God's desire, his will is his law, is his commandments. He commands us not to sin, he commands us not to lie, to cheat, to steal, to kill. Do we? Saying his will is that all men are saved or that all men repent does not mean he forces it. We have the choice to sin against him and we sure do. Jesus said he laid down his life for his sheep. He came to gather his lost sheep. Those that would believe in him, never the goats who hate him. He gave his life for his church which could be the whole world if everyone believed but they do not.
