Jungle book is a snake not an alligator/crocodile. The pascal should also change color, please read the guide it will tell you how the color change works.

For the ones with the two colors that come with the paint on them, if you put them in warm water the paint comes off better. They can also be one of the two colors they themselves do not color change. The paint just hides what color you get.
