yes you have to right click the game on the home screen of dolphin and click properties, then go to the gecko codes tab and there will be about 100 different codes to choose from including moonjump.

Um....I don't really understand your question but think you are asking if you can go out of bounds in grand prix mode? if that is your question, the answer is no, unless you get a out of bounds hack or no a glitch (For example the coconut mall glitch)
They use a special code to do this its very cool to use but dangerous for the game it could crash the game and u even might have to use the code every time u play
