hello getting this error when compiled:-
Arduino: 1.8.13 (Windows Store 1.8.42.0) (Windows 10), Board: "Arduino Uno"
c:\program files\windowsapps\arduinollc.arduinoide_1.8.42.0_x86__mdqgnx93n4wtt\hardware\tools\avr\bin\../lib/gcc/avr/7.3.0/../../../../avr/bin/ar.exe: unable to rename 'core\core.a'; reason: Permission denied
exit status 1
Error compiling for board Arduino Uno.
This report would have more information with
"Show verbose output during compilation"
option enabled in File -> Preferences.
isn't the latch supposed to be LOW when you upload the data and HIGH when you don't? I'm confused here.
