It's always makes me feel good to look back at SDSU's past successes....I remember the good times and this basketball program has been good for almost 20 years now. Coming off a National title run and seeing Gonzaga on our schedule again, I needed to see this one. Thank you.
@@johnkevinmariano5575 Yes sir. We now own a 3-2 record all-time against Gonzaga. I think that Mark Few might be reconsidering a scheduling agreement with our Aztecs. Sort of what I was thinking about our Aztecs scheduling Grand Canyon University again. We just don't matchup well against GCU for some reason...but that's another topic. Our Aztecs are getting better as the season goes along. This current, ascending version of the Aztecs would not have lost to BYU or GCU, but that's the nature of a team's progression and coaching. What Steve Fisher & now Brian Dutcher has done is instill a constant winning formula. Our AZTECS ALWAYS GET BETTER AS THE SEASON PROGRESSES. That's not to say that we won't lose a MWC game, but it does portend continued good times. The MWC is going to be a buzzsaw. I wouldn't be surprised to see 5 MWC teams make the NCAA Tourney. What I'm really interested in is seeing our Aztecs vs Colorado State. The first 3 conference games seem like a cakewalk to me. Aztec for life.
