Thanks Mark for another good video. BTW I do miss the fact that you aren’t showing the original purchase prices and the selling history as you’ve done in the past.
The last house didn't "take a loss of 20%", it was just way overpriced to start. They bought the house in 2020 for $338k and have had it listed for rent a number of times since then, so they probably made some rent $$ along the way and still have $161k in appreciation on top of that. Zillow estimated the value at $518k when they listed it for $614k. In addition, if you're in the area, you should take a look instead of relying on almost 3 month old pictures, because there's already a brand new Wellpoint neighborhood nearly complete behind that house. As of last week some have sod, so they'll be on the market very soon, so that view should be very different.
Oh no. If the accessories are of good quality and , it adds to the home's warmth and cohesiveness. Otherwise the home can look very cold, sterile and uninviting. Same with white walls - yikes...terrible.
Good news...let them continue correcting! ;-) Next, let's see the mortgage interest rate come down a few points -- THAT is my biggest obstacle to buying presently (if I were done with preparing for the mortgage pre-qualification process). However, the first house @ $795K? Thanks, but it's just a tad above my budget. ;-) -- BR

Can’t be everywhere Greg. Gotta a business to run. What’s with the comment? Always be civil.

Love the Charlotte Model, it's my favorite house!
It's so good!
In the Charlotte and other courtyard models, do you think the window above the bed could be bothersome if the neighbor has any outside lighting?
@@tmmom24 the slit window?
@@tmmom24 no. Usually they are in the shady side between the houses. You could always tint it I guess.
First house, what did they pay for it? 600k probably
@@jocalafarms4051 not sure. It’s an upgraded model the villages sold them. Not your typical cookie cutter home.
