    학교에 가요.
    학교를 가요.
can you figure out the difference between those 2 sentences?
here i explain subtle nuance of 에 가다 and 을/를 가다.
    1.core meaning
    에 : 처소성
    을/를: 목적성
    2. when to use which
    물리적 실재, 특정성, 행위의 목적
    3. special effect of 을/를 가다
    소속, 의외성, 내부 경험
    Basic Korean is for beginners.
Real Korean class is for advanced learners :comparing 2 or more grammatical forms which have similar meaning or function, expressions and phrases, listening contents

    상처를 나다
    상처가 나다
    are they both correct
날이 있는 물건으로 몸에 상처를 나거나 몸의 일부가 다치다
    상처를 나다 and 상처가 나다

      i also have another question
      and it may sound stupid
to some ... but i really love korean language and i wanna understand them like natives
not just how everybody normally or professionally translate them into english
i want the native understanding like
kada = to go is very confusing since
the word " go" in english
has so many definitions if a learner consult the dictionary and since korean is not english and english is not korean
i really want to learn them like natives understand every word or how they are used in daily conversations
this video is so informative in every possible way a person like me could ever wished for
thank you very much for teaching us
anyway is it okay if i personally request something here to teach it to us ?
      like the please dont laugh
      whats the difference between
      안 + 속 to korean natives
      if its a stupid question
      please ignore it
thank you and to me at least you are the world best korean teacher ever
this video i couldn't get enough of it
its what i needed all this time
      its so native !!!!!!

Nice video! Don't worry about that momentarily loss of words. It happens to everyone when speaking a foreign language, especially when changing back and forth between two different languages like you do in your classes.
When it happens to me, I take a deep breath and try to forget any previous mistake I made. You can do the same and then edit out the part, a small cut won't bother anyone :)

선생님, I know this is completely irrelevant to Korean, but how did you get so advance in English. I know the younger generations in Korea are really good, when it comes to comprehending English, it's just that they can't express themselves. My question is, how did you overcome that barrier and become so advance? Keep up the good work =) I also like the videos with Korean subtitles, will help with listening and comprehension.

thanks for watching and saying that my english is not bad! in my case, i learned roman alphanet in my 4th grade and eversince then apart from studying tine, i have tried to listen or read english in my daily life as i can. like reading story books for kids or watching tv shows or movies in english. thou i still watch american tv shows with korean subtitle(i mean its not study time i should take a rest and enjoy so...need.korean subs) i think it helps me! i will keep making videos but until early jan. i should stop for a while because of ph.d qualifying exams. so please wait for me hehe♡

I have a question. Can you use 을/를 가다 with places that are not too specific like a country or any other big territory? Like 유럽을 가다. I guess not, just wanna make sure

    • @WBKTYUJIN
      @WBKTYUJIN  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

yes. you can. we usually dont say that, but as i explained in 14:22. what you want to tell is your experiece in europe, you can say that. of course, if its not internal exerience thing, still its correct grammatically. its just...we dont use it like that.
