Nope! Botpress and Voiceflow are very hard to connect to WhatsApp. With Botpress, you need to create a Meta Developer app, which needs to be approved by Meta (this usually takes two weeks). And Voiceflow doesn't even have a direct connection with WhatsApp, so you need to code it yourself using the Voiceflow API. Besides that, I think Manychat is also very cheap still. It's only $15 per month.
Wouldnt buying a new phone number kind of defeat the value prop of this? How are you supposed to sell a business this solution if it means changing their number
I have sold this to many clients, and none of them complained about changing their number. You can also try to do it with the same number, but if often comes with a lot of problems. Sometimes, clients are "tied" to a specific number, while in reality, it doesn't really matter if they change their number. Do you currently have a client that don't want to change their number? And if so, what is the reason for this?

Yes, you can hand over the conversation. Just add 3 actions to your flow: 1. Mark the conversation as open 2. Assign someone to the conversations 3. Notify the assignee But, you need to talk with them through Manychat. You cannot talk with them using the WhatsApp app. Regarding the number: I think it is possible, but WhatsApp doesn't recommend it. So I recommend buying a new number and connecting that to Manychat.

Does many chat have a white label version where i can make many sub accounts for my clients that then only pay me instead of paying manychat? 2. and if they dont have it, if im selling this to, lets say 30 clients, do i have to be in charged of the all many chat accounts in order to handle the monthly payment to manychat, or do i let my clients be in charged of those? 3. How many whatsapp accounts could be connected per manychat account. Thank you.
