This was such a dull fight. I hate fighters who spend their time showboating instead of fighting. If you have to resort to trying to play psychological tricks, you're just admitting you don't have what it takes in terms of fighting skill. Well deserved loss from Souza.
Well I agree with u actually under normal circumstances but the way karate combat is formatted that’s what they look for is the flashy shit which is fun but can also be cringe if not done correctly.
You got these two really dynamic guys but then they decide on having a technical karate sparring session and goof around a bit.

@@TheOneAndOnlySame The level is not low, Rocha has experience in MMA, just like Skrivers, who have fought Souza. Against Edgars, he spent the whole time running away, just like in this fight. It's not that Souza does nothing; he defends himself and counters well. There's a reason why Lyoto trained him. It's just that he's more concerned with showboating than putting on an entertaining fight; he doesn't want to take risks. But that's very different from doing nothing, as you claim. You clearly lack understanding, and saying that the level is low makes me think you don't know much about martial arts. If the level is so low, why don't you compete in Karate Combat and win the golden belt yourself?

Bruno Souza should be cut for this performance. Spent the whole time clowning instead of fighting. People criticized Anderson Silva for clowning during fights in his prime but he actually, you know, won them. This fight was a complete embarrassment.
This is such a good fight and i love karate.
Funny the corner man's shirt said "we don't play karate" . Those two clowns should have been disqualified in round two for non performance. Surprised the crowd wasn't booing.
They should strip the title. This was a performance that can cripple such a great league. Challenger should have a card point deducted for not engaging. WAAAAY TO MUCH GOOFING AROUND.

This "fight" was terrible. Rocha didn't fight, Souza just ran.
Its boring out of context.
Its ruinous in context... Two friends, a championship fight, the fights before being most action packed... I'm not saying it was rigged by the two friends... Rigging would imply effort.

Qué pelea más mala. Qué luchadores más mediocres. Definitivamente creo que este formato es un fracaso. Prefiero mil veces muay thai o kick boxing .
