Wow, I am JUST NOW seeing this video and finding out about the Frost's new restaurant. Mr. & Mrs. Frost, as an Atlanta resident I have seen MANY very nice restaurants open and close down in the Atlanta area. I can tell you without a doubt that EMPLOYEES with ATTITUDES who provide POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE is the MAIN reason people like myself stop going. Do yourselves a favor and make sure EMPLOYEES don't run your restaurant into the ground by not caring about your customers. Many of them start out nice but end up ruining the business without even caring because it's not THEIR business! Have an atmosphere where employees never know if a customer is actually a "Secret Shopper" or not. This will at least keep it on their minds that someone could be watching their performance at anytime. I know y'all didn't ask for my opinion - but I'm giving it anyway. I'll be in there this weekend to support your new establishment. :)
