Nice list! The stack mod I use is called Ultra Stacks. Apart from increasing stack sizes, it also removes the spoil timer from spoiled meat and adds a meat spoiler. Also, I like Pet Manager better than Dino tracker. Other mods I've tried that I would recommend for beginners are: Builder's Helmet; Configurable Spyglass; Kick it Krew's Medicines; Accessories Plus. If you don't mind mods that are slightly "cheaty", consider Auto Torch and JP's ArkNav.
This is something that people should know for Classic Flyers; it does have some problems. My friend & I used Classic Flyers and it caused an overspawn issue for which was horrible. It spawned about 100+ beavers, vultures and dire bears and other creatures in an area that would spawn those creatures. I have seen other people talk about it causing other issues too for them and/or their server. Just wanted to say that in case people run into problems with this mod installed and are confused like how I was lol. It is a great mod, though.
Doesn't seem to be happening to Beavers etc on Lost Island, and I can't recall if it was happening on Ragnarok either BUT it definitely seems to cause an overspawn of Wyverns.
Hey Zed. I have a suggestion for some ARK content which I think you are situated to provide more so than other ARK creators. Do a series of mods which are updated and maintained most frequently. For example.. some of the mods suggested here are very old and haven't been updated in a while. Do they still work with the release of Genesis part 2? Lastly could you do a series on mods that have a lot of interaction from the developers? All of course with an eye on how they impact the game overall.

Imagine a gillie saddle for some creatures or more different saddles like the mammoth saddle , tek saddles, platform saddles, multiple seats saddles, smithy saddles, helmets, meat packs. but i think there could be more saddles and please not add them to crazy creatures , to forgotten creatures that nobody uses and add a kentro saddle, it kind of makes sense but the anky also has spikes on its back but it has a saddle so i dont see why not

Yeah, I notice that every time I go near a Wyvern trench on Ragnarok or Lost Island. I immediately go "oh crap!" and flick a 180 out of there as fast as possible. I'm kinda regretting using that mod but it was on the private server my friends and I played on early last year. Do you know what will happen if I remove it but the Flyer Speed level option is ticked? I'm petrified I'll lose my Argies on Ragnarok (I have a heap of interesting colour combos, stat levels and so on). If it only reset the speed level to 100% I'm less worried. If I lost them on Lost Island, less worried cos I only have 4 atm.
Good point. A lot of people don’t like Ark boss fights though, especially solo players, as it takes a lot of grinding and your creatures can die very easily in the Dragon boss fight. The Healing Brew would make the boss fights much more bearable for those players.

When i first got into Ark mods i definitely found reusable tools and stacking mods to be my go to. As a random request, if possible, can you do a review on the mod "Immersive Taming" by Burgesssssss ? it's a must have mod for me and I think would get more people into Ark if they (like me) don't like the vanilla taming system of knocking out creatures and drugging/starving them and is more about bonding with creatures and feeding them to gain their trust.
Yes Immersive Taming is an amazing mod! I had it planned in a Top 5 Mods video but I stopped making them and have shifted to making 100 Days videos. I might make a 100 Days video with the mod though!
Hey, great video. I now have a lot of mods that I need to try. I am new to mods (as of *yesterday* ) and I am wondering what the different color puzzle pieces mean on the pictures that you displayed. Also, If I install a mod and then later decide that I don't want to play the mod, could this destroy my game save?
That’s great! I don’t think the puzzle piece colours mean anything, they just clarify that the mods are mods. They’re different colours because the mod developers have different favourite colours I guess hahaha. If you install a mod and then later remove it, it won’t destroy the game save. All it will do is remove all of the items/structures/creatures from the mod that you removed. So feel free to try a mod and then later remove it, but be careful not to accidentally remove a mod that you still want to use. One time a building mod I was using had to do an update, but I didn’t realise and booted up my world, and then my whole base was missing because I built it entirely out of the modded buildings. After that I had to revert to an older game save to get my base back.
@@ZedFiles btw if you ever make a vid like this again, DO NOT put classic flyers in, if im correct theres an option on the main menu where u can enable/disable the ability to upgrade mvmnt speed
I thikk its better for beginners to play normally that way they will get to be pro better because if they play official they wont have those mods and would be noobs again
I just wanted to say that when I am playing ark I am not going to be playing official because you just raid peoples bases and kill them and I don't like that kind of stuff. When I am done with ark the island I will move to scorched earth then aberration then extinction then genesis all of those without playing official I am only going to be playing single player with my friends so no I am not going to be playing official.

I still wish they would look at the S+ and SuperStructures mods and copy into official how the fuel/electricity methods work- generator for ALL electrical devices. I mean, I have friends with CnC Lathes (Fabricator) and they don't use petrol to power it, and I sure as hell don't use gasoline when I'm cooking on the stove/grill. S+/SS got it right.
There is still a way to get mods on Epic Games, I've seen other people do it but I've never done it myself so I'm not sure if it 100% works though. Try looking up "Ark Epic Games how to install mods" on TH-cam and a good tutorial should come up.

17:01 the only problem with this is that people will use it on boss fights and will make it easy

better beacons hasnt been updated since 2017, is there nothing better to use?
Upgrade Station is what I use now. You can just choose what to upgrade instead of hunting down beacons
