    Another great Recruiter Preston video. I definitely agree with his guidance of - finding a good growing niche to focus your staffing services on, get your contracts in place, stay lean with expenses, pivot if business is slow and build a good website.

    I am interested in recruiting because after 15 years of business experience, one thing remains the toughest part no matter the industry and that is hiring. Hoping to shorten the learning curve and help attract the best candidates into my businesses. I feel its the one topic in business that everyone is a tad vague about. And I have had enough challenges hiring to know it's a pain point that won't be going away any time soon.

    Another great video! I am a cyber security engineer starting my own agency within the cybersecurity space. I decided to start my own agency due to always having an entrepreneurial spirit and my ability to build relationships. Excited to see what 2024 brings for my agency!

    Wish I had seen this back in January when I got laid off. I tried doing contract work and split recruitment and nothing is working because the agencies I work with contract with terrible clients who never want to pay out and steal our candidates. So frustrated.
