Another great Recruiter Preston video. I definitely agree with his guidance of - finding a good growing niche to focus your staffing services on, get your contracts in place, stay lean with expenses, pivot if business is slow and build a good website.
i am a Cameroonian based in Romania i decided to start my own Recruitment based on my personal experience i do not want people to go through what i went through especially foreign workers
Hi my name is Sibongile from South Africa, I am in a process of starting my own recruitment company.Reasons being I am tired of being treated bad in a work environment all my life since I started my work career no company has treated me well. I also love the recruitment industry because u get to understand and gain knowledge about different kinds of candidates, industries and also being able to part of one of those people who reduce the rate of unemployment in our country. I am looking forward for this journey
Hi Preston, I really appreciate your efforts on this video. I am thinking to start my own US Healthcare Staffing Agency from Delhi/NCR, India. Your video has helped me a lot clearing my mind. Also, I am a Team lead in the same business as of now. Thanks again!
Appreciate you and all the knowledge that you share with us . Question about your splits networks. I’m intrested and also curious as to how you have it structured.
Another great video! I am a cyber security engineer starting my own agency within the cybersecurity space. I decided to start my own agency due to always having an entrepreneurial spirit and my ability to build relationships. Excited to see what 2024 brings for my agency!
Hello, thank you very much for the video. Do you have any other videos or can you tell me what the monetization of the service is like? That is, how to charge for the recruitment service. Is there a regulated price in the market or a table? how does it work?
I am interested in recruiting because after 15 years of business experience, one thing remains the toughest part no matter the industry and that is hiring. Hoping to shorten the learning curve and help attract the best candidates into my businesses. I feel its the one topic in business that everyone is a tad vague about. And I have had enough challenges hiring to know it's a pain point that won't be going away any time soon.
Wish I had seen this back in January when I got laid off. I tried doing contract work and split recruitment and nothing is working because the agencies I work with contract with terrible clients who never want to pay out and steal our candidates. So frustrated.
A response would be greatly appreciated. How do you find the companies that will allow you to bring candidates to the table? Part 2 of the question is how do you find companies consistently that will allow outside or independent recruiters to work the openings they have? ****

Another great video, Preston. Out of these 10 steps, which one is the most challenging to attain? By far the hardest.

Consider joining our splits community where you don’t have the drama and horrible clients that you find in others!
