I don't know much about the law and stuff like that so I might be wrong about this, but I think ai sponge would be able to undo the takedown because of parody law, I mean it does say parody at the top

If the topics what they talked about were a bit more apropriate, then they could have survived. Ai sponge was a bit too wild for paramount. Also was not quite kid friendly.
Im sorry I didn't explain it in the video but yes it is a cashgrab as the person has set so you send donations to them to become a fish. However this is not possible due to it being a VOD. They also claim to be able to accept topics through nightbot which again is impossible cause its a vod. Hopes this clears things up!
