If a judge has that kind of attitude, we already know what the verdict would be.

Unpopular opinion, I don’t think people should be on a HUT for longer than the time they would spend in jail for a guilty verdict.

I don't think HUTs should exist at all. IRL when someone is held until trial it's because the court believes they're a flight risk who will leave the country to avoid trial. *The concept of fleeing the country just doesn't exist in NoPixel* so having HUTs is just a way for cop streamers to IRL punish crim streamers.

if it's a HUT 48hrs should be max, and it should count as time served. imagine waiting 72 hrs, and after losing a case you're being added another 3 days + 3 days of probation. they need some changes asap, specially the admins they continue to fck things up.

The issue arises when you end up in a HUT longer than your sentence from the judge. iirc HUT was something intended to keep people occupied while the police conducted raids usually a day or two then in which they get released on bail till the trail date.

I really think they need to implement a district attorney for the PD for everything and they cannot speak to judges about criminal cases and what charges to pursue with said judges. Currently the PD ask the judges what charges to press then go to court and of course the judges are going to agree with the charges and find everyone guilty no matter the arguments made in court without sufficient evidence to support they go off what PD supplies.

The legal system isn't broken... It works this way for an important reason. If all people got for harbouring was a slap on the wrist then every time someone goes to prison it would be a prison break and the cops would spend more time man hunting than doing actual police work. It sucks for the criminals but that's what they get themselves into by helping terrorists. They knew the risks and did it anyway. The longer CG is on the run the more of their members and associates they risk putting in for the nines. So in reality they aren't creating exciting RP as much as they are creating prison RP.
