You can love or hate him, but you cannot deny the history and the legacy around Rekkles. This guy is a European legend. He has competed for so long now, has had unbelievable peaks and heartbreaking downs, he is the first ADC in the European League to ever reach 1500 kills and he still is the only player with the most MVP awards. He might not be the best European ADC right now, but he definitely is the most experienced and awarded one. Nothing but respect for this man!

I was desesperately seeking a coment like yours, cause i was bored with G2 haters denying him everything he did and Fntic fanboy "CaUsE fNtIc ArE tHe BeSt" saying is number one of the world. I'm a G2 fan, but i totally respect his career and what he represents, the only thing that bother me i's that fans don't want to recognize that this year, he's not the n°1 adc in the world, not even the n°1 in Europe, but at least the 3rd or 4th adc in Europe, behind (personal opinion) Upset, Kobbe and Perkz.

And how dare you beat us in the last best of 5? :( However G2 seems to be the better team this split and if you win I will cheer for you in the world. I think that G2 needs Fnatic and Fnatic need G2 to push them.
Just because you don't like a player or a team you shouldn't deny them the glory. Rekkles is one of the best players in LOL history and he will stand tall even if he fall.
Will be fun to see when Perkz and Caps will be included in that as well.

Following Rekkles' story from leaving elements and then coming back onto fnatic for the 18 and 0 split was what got me into esports. The amount of passion that he brings onto stage when he plays makes you want to see him take it all.
This video is a really great piece on some of the huge moments for FNC/Rekkles fans and it gave me chills to go on the journey again. I cant wait for worlds 2019

Nothing but respect for this human being. He is a role model and a legend. He has been around for such a long time and has this huge legacy already and is still not finished. He’s still so young, but he appears to be so thoughtful, respectful and isn‘t afraid to show emotions like someone much older. He’s truely a man to look up to and on the one side I hope he never stops playing because I love watching him play, on the other side I hope he can finally win worlds, retire and find a new passion knowing he reached all of his goals and dreams.

Im g2 fan, but after seeing this i feel bad for Rekkles and wish him to actually be number 1. Hes doing this for so long, everybody need success in their career without it u just dont have this driving force that motivate u to win more and and be better. Dont give up dude, youre one of the best on the entire world.
He's probably the most successful western player, there isn't much more he can do other than winning worlds and msi. But i really don't see them winning this year, maybe if Caps didn't leave FNC who knows?

I miss Reckless Rekkles. That twitch play really changed him.
He just got older. It's well known that their reflexes are not the same anymore (older adc's i mean). He know plays smart and more controlling then flashy. I respect that. I think the Twitch play just showed him that the time when he could duel everyone passed. Quite normal.
In case anyone else was totally in love with the drop around 8:25, it's the song "LAPLAGE - Dark Matter" (Same drop in Dark Matter track at around 2:45). Please upvote for visibility!
i really hope rekkles wins worlds this year. with how strong other teams look the chance is close to 0% but he deserves it. you can feel that he wants to retire already, but he said to himself that he needs to win worlds first. thats why he was so sad when caps left, caps is a superstar that would help rekkles win. luckily Nemesis is now at a point where he should hold his own at worlds

But FNtic didn't let Caps playing the way he wanted to play. He needed to beg to have the right of playing Vayne mid, and it was a full success at the end. The fact that Caps leaved is totally logic, G2 atmosphere is warming and, yes, a little too much trolling while Fntic is hard trying every game to have the same results.
But Nemesis is a great player, less flashy but more in the "Fntic playstyle" if i can say that. Rekkles win probably never win worlds, as Uzi/Smeb, it's really sad but it's sport.
Hope Fntic will do a great run at Worlds, and win them if G2 are not able to do so. Cause Europe before all.

Aww, man, I'm not a massive Rekkles fan, but it crushes me to hear him say that bit at the end, about wanting to leave a strong and solid legacy behind, because he's already done that. Rekkles, you should know that even if you left the game tomorrow you would still go down as one of the greatest ADC players of all time, and one of the best players to come from Europe. It;s great that you want to strive higher, but don't be stressed or sad about it, because you've already done amazing :)
