When will they ever learn? Full-scale redevelopment only distroys communities. Yes you do need some new build but why knock down good houses or those that can be refurbished. The size of rooms in new houses are not necessary larger than those in the 'old' houses. We found that out in the Village and Monarch, south Belfast.
