LORD OHSEN its not so hard. You just have to remember, but playing it isn't so hard. Instead of looking at the top look at the keyboard on the video; it'll seem more simple. Also the background music usually begins at the same time as the lyrics so you won't really have to time.
It's not all that difficult once you get past the fact that you hands are playing at two different beats but other that that it's actually really easy! There is a lot of repetition which makes it a lot easier.
The chords are kinda easy to remember. I mean, it's a lot simpler than other k-pop piano covers. But that may be just me since I am a piano player. Anyways, good luck :)

if your talking about octave splits then theyre easy, and i have small hands. granted i've been playing piano for 13 years but it you have a piano on hand just try starting out at C5 and C6 with your pinky on one and your thumb on the other, and slowly start moving up the notes octaves at a time with your fingers staying still just moving your wrist and arm, just keep practicing and you'll get it soon enough! and reaching an octave plus one note is also easy once you've got the octave stretch :)

and for moving the chords at fast paces will always be quite difficult and vary per song, but practicing small parts over and over should help

I try handwriting the notes too, but It takes a lot of time for me and I'm not a very patient person... ;-;

I usually use dry erase markers on my keyboard to remember and also color dot stickers and that helps a lot :)
