Alif Lam Ra (الر)
"Alif Lam Ra" (الر) are among the mysterious sets of letters known as "Huroof Muqatta'at" (حروف مقطعات) or "disjointed letters," which appear at the beginning of certain chapters (Surahs) of the Quran.
