Bokuto’s actor was pulling an Oikawa, he was overworking himself and because if that he badly injured his knee. Akaashi’s original actor graduated before Bokuto’s actor, but he didn’t necessarily ‘graduate’ he had to stop because he wouldn’t be able to come back any time soon 😢 but I do know that Bokuto’s new actor was Konoha or Washio’s so I know it’s not their first time, just their first as Bokuto. Kenma’s actor is like the polar opposite of Kenma because he’s super extroverted and friendly so I think he was trying to make sure he felt as welcome as possible :DD
