To foreign coaches of course. But the problem with the foreign coaches is that they all are very familiar about lack of professionalism in PCB. Every knows how things operate here. Change of command results in change of officials and cancelation of contracts. Nobody wants to work with PCB. That's why nobody is willing to commit fully to coaching Pakistan because they know their job can be snatched overnight. That's why they would rather prefer to coach online they actually be there. If anyone is to be blamed, its PCB, not the coaches, neither local nor foreigners.
