(Animals are beaten viciously for no reason. Chickens kicked and stomped on. Cows/horses beaten with sticks and tazers.) Cows are pumped to destruction. They are pumped so viciously that pus and blood from their pain is mixed into that milk. If you saw the real color of that milk before it was processed and poured into your cup, you would never have a sip again. I feel for the animals and hope to fix my life so that I am not contributing to the mass destruction. However I have given up milk. Almond milk is great. Its good for cooking, good for cereal and anything else you like to pair your milk with. Now Darius that is not an excuse to skip on those vitamins as there is almond and soy milk!
