It's a super video. but how do you pick the percentage for shadow like that -2 in Y and blur 25 and Prototype animation timing also? I am new to this field teach me

Values are not fixed, I usually try range of values for shadow, prototype animation timing and check if it looks good..
It depends on how you project your design.

Search for h logo on google...you will find many designs..use pen tool to create logo in figma.
