Thanks for the replay, always a pleasure to see the progress of this game engine.

Love how far the engine is coming along. Very good progress!
    I have a question:
When looking at the templates under new project, I see that there's a 1st person shooter & then blank project. Is there any way to add a 3rd person perspective template so that we (designers) can set it up without doing so much coding/programming? That would be nice!
I've asked others why they didn't want to use Leadwerks/UltraEngine & that's been the biggest problem for them as well.

Thank you for your suggestion! I guess I am not quite as familiar with third-person games and I am not sure what kind of features this would require. Feel free to drop by the forum and add more details in new thread.

No plans to open-source it. The license is royalty-free for games:

Physics are performed on one or more separate threads from the game logic. I can't give an exact number on collisions because it depends on the hardware and the amount of objects stacked together.
The engine supports 3D perspective and orthographic (2D) rendering, and those two things can be mixed pretty easily.
Not currently hiring, but your input on the UI/UX is always welcome. I put a lot of effort into this and am always open to new ideas. :)
