#19 indoor herb garden 🌱 + mini coconut pancakes

It's finally Spring and after putting off starting my backyard garden for a few years, I'm starting my journey small with getting indoor container herb & strawberry garden started.
Later, we're making Thai mini coconut pancakes (also known as " kanomkrok").

* Kanomkrok (mini coconut pancakes) INGREDIENTS
Base Batter:
- 250g rice flour
- 100g cooked jasmine rice
- 120g red lime water (or water, optional)
- 750 coconut milk
- 60g white sugar
- 2 tsp salt
Top Batter:
- 500 ml coconut cream
- 1 1/2 tbsp rice flour
- 80g white sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
