A very nice drive. I love all these overlooks. Must be wonderful to have a break from time to time and enjoy the breathtaking view. This Skyline Drive between I-66 and I-64 is on my trip planning list since a while. Thank you for posting this. I really appreciate your newer videos without any sound other than the driving noise, but the music in this was pretty nice. Funny edit on June, 10th 2023: Isn't it a great world we live in? While I followed the route you were driving in Google Maps, I registered that Mount Marshall Overlook was missing on the map. I entered it as missing place and just got noticed, that my edit was accepted. A grumpy old guy in Switzerland, never been near Virginia adds a place to a local map. What a great time to be alive, isn't it?

Another great video. I have been here in 2008, so it's a long time ago. Also, this NP is a great change compared to the NPs of the Southwest (Bryce, Zion, Grand Canyon) :)
The entire ride through Shenandoah is longer than the ride we did in this video, but the leg we did was 2.5 hours long. Hope the fall colors start to bloom on your visit!
