$300 for that is really hard to justify lol. I like my Reate EXO-U for 80.
I had no idea they were USA made. I snagged one yesterday now I’m extra happy
@@Squibknocket I think you might be mistaken and not looking at the correct thing. Regardless, that would be a problem with the retailer not listing correctly.
Yes show the chub! And that RCK9 is very nice with the engraving done on the handle scaIes. I still want a RCK9 for my collection. I wonder when they release the chub to the public?
Great news that they are made in the USA !!! Hopefully, Chaves will continue that trend.....
These are AMAZING. Their literally sold out everywhere and super hard to get ahold of though :(
300 for one is crazy.
Damn it. I want one..👊
maaan knives make me want to cry more than guns do with their gucci prices lol
i carry a husky ut knife that i love but i REALLY want this mofo
You talk a lot, but i don't think you mentioned the price or where to get one.
At the time of shooting this video they were not yet available. You can find them at most online retailers that sell autos like bladehq.com, knifecenter, knifeworks, and bladeops
Nice little one.
Waiting for you to show the little auto Böker/Chaves collab.
😏
Great video! Wanted to clarify a few things for you.
- While it is USA-Made. It is made completely in house by us. We have our own shop in Pleasant Grove, Utah where we manufactured these and all future CHUBs and other projects we have in the works.
- Cobratech does sell a knock-off version for around $80. They essentially took the design and ran it through China while we kept making adjustments. You can feel the difference between the two.
- The aluminum body and trigger are anodized and not dlc.
Keep up the great content; appreciate realistic takes and opinions.
👊
It’s weird because your retailers say made in China. And cobra tech says they are made in USA. Also, cobra tech was selling these 10 months ago, and you just dropped it?
@@Squibknocket What retailers? Are you sure you are looking at the CHUB OTF and not the older manual CHUB that was made in China?
@@edged_mindset You’re right. BladeHQ had an older model listed as made in China. SMKW has the newest model listed as Made in USA
How did Cobratech steal the design when they have a different shape? Also they had theirs out months before y’all’s. I bought bout an OTF of Amazon for about $40 about a years ago.
