Sir apny kha k jab b ham concerete place kry tu us say pehlay electricl and mechanical waly say release form received karna chai hen... what is the reason behind?
That's a very insightful question. In some projects, coordination between different disciplines is crucial. Before pouring concrete, we must verify that all conduits, pipes, and embedded items have been properly installed. Sometimes, electrical and mechanical details are omitted from the civil drawings, so we need to ensure that all installations have been completed and inspected by the relevant QC inspectors.
SATIP - This plan is a list of the various required inspection and testing activities and their phases' sequence for a specific work item. The SATIP structures the inspection plan among all Saudi Aramco contractors and reduces the review time of individual contractor's test plans
But if they have partially approved it any place or they have written comments on it like Agar comments C code atta hen tu revision again submit karty hen agar comments b code atta hen tu approval hen but site py ja kr ditect krty hen. Aur PID ko picture bej kar RFI ko close karty hen. Sir this Procdure follow for non-Aramco project? if yes then what's the procedure of Aramco project for revision?
@abidullah7523 Yes, the described procedures are followed in non-Aramco projects. However, Aramco projects may utilize different methods. Specifically, if work is incomplete, consider requesting an RFI for a subsequent inspection. For significant issues requiring extended resolution, discuss cancellation with the inspection division. If substantial comments or non-conformities exist, the RFI may be rejected, and the violation documented. Sometimes, the reverse may also occur.
When your specific activity is ready for inspection - for instance, after fixing steel bars for a column - the Quality Control (QC) team internally inspects. If any deficiencies are identified, the construction team is instructed to address them. Following corrections, the QC team submits a request for final inspection to SAPID through email, WhatsApp, or EPM.
Construction team complete the activity. First QCI internally inspection without raising RFI. Once Internal Inspection done, everything is as per applicable drawings and specifications. Than Raise RFI to PID for Final inspection..
