Today in indian recipes tamil we have bought how to make easy butterscotch icecream recipes for summer. Generally we like to make different varieties of homemade ice cream recipes for summer treat. This ice cream recipe is very simple and easy to make for beginners and bachelors too. Please try this easy ice cream recipe in your home and share your feedback with me.
Ingredients:
500ml milk
1 tb cornflour
1/4 ts food colour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 ts vanilla essence
1/2 cup fresh cream
1/4 cup sugar
10g butter
1/4 cup cashew
தேவையான பொருட்கள்:
500 மில்லி பால்
1 டீஸ்பூன் கார்ன்ஃப்ளார்
1/4 ts உணவு வண்ணம்
1/4 கப் சர்க்கரை
1/2 ts வெண்ணிலா சாரம்
1/2 கப் புதிய கிரீம்
1/4 கப் சர்க்கரை
10 கிராம் வெண்ணெய்
1/4 கப் முந்திரி
Recipe:
Boil milk and add conflour powder. Mix well until thick consistency. Add food colour. Switch off the flame and cool completely. Add to mixi and add sugar, cream, essence. Grind and transfer to container. Keep it in fridge for some time. For butter scotch chips, in a pan add sugar and cook until changed to honey color. Add butter, cashew mix well. Pour in butter sheet. Let it cool. Crush and keep aside. After 2 hours take out icecream from the fridge and grind it again. Transfer to container. Keep it in fridge for 8 hours. Garnish with prepared butterscotch chips and serve it. Enjoy the summer with this tasty butterscotch icecream.
செய்முறை:
பாலை கொதிக்க வைத்து கான்ஃப்ளார் பவுடர் சேர்க்கவும். கெட்டியான நிலைத்தன்மை வரை நன்கு கலக்கவும். உணவு வண்ணம் சேர்க்கவும். தீயை அணைத்து, முழுமையாக குளிர்விக்கவும். மிக்ஸியில் சேர்த்து சர்க்கரை, கிரீம், எசன்ஸ் சேர்க்கவும். அரைத்து கொள்கலனுக்கு மாற்றவும். சிறிது நேரம் குளிர்சாதன பெட்டியில் வைக்கவும். ஒரு கடாயில் சர்க்கரை சேர்த்து தேன் நிறம் மாறும் வரை சமைக்கவும். வெண்ணெய், முந்திரி சேர்த்து நன்கு கலக்கவும். வெண்ணெய் தாளில் ஊற்றவும். ஆற விடவும். நசுக்கி ஒதுக்கி வைக்கவும். 2 மணி நேரம் கழித்து குளிர்சாதன பெட்டியில் இருந்து ஐஸ்கிரீமை எடுத்து மீண்டும் அரைக்கவும். கொள்கலனுக்கு மாற்றவும். 8 மணி நேரம் குளிர்சாதன பெட்டியில் வைக்கவும். தயார் செய்த பட்டர்ஸ்காட்ச் சிப்ஸால் அலங்கரித்து பரிமாறவும். இந்த சுவையான பட்டர்ஸ்காட்ச் ஐஸ்கிரீமுடன் கோடையை அனுபவிக்கவும்.
