I would not call him "mini" lol. He is not as versatile and not as talented in the offence as Sabonis, but in my opinion he is much more physical under the rim and even better at rebounding than Sabonis.
Jonas can teach Sabonis that sweet hook shot. They will definitely be working together in the offseason. Sabonis works hard every off season and I think next year we will see him peak and he'll be unstoppable on offense.
@@pnutbuttajellee1394 True, but what's important is his wingspan. Domas' wingspan is at 2.1 m (6'10 ft) to Valančiūnas' 2.29 m (7'6 ft). That is a huge difference. Also, Valančiūnas is a solid shooter and paint scorer. He's just a great, consistent NBA player, but not a star. Definitely great for any team that gets him!
@@antoniobautista6718 oh no doubt he is going to be a very good center for the Kings. But because he is big and slow, I just dont think his overall defense is going make much of a difference except at rim protection, which Kings still need very badly. Alex Len is even bigger and longer than Jonas, and even faster, but his talent level is just not there
@@Hella916he can’t play tho he has brick hands makes terrible fouls on 3 point shooters falls for pump fakes when he doesn’t need to even jump to contest a shot in the first place and refuses to grab rebounds he spikes the ball every time and it never works the last thing he needs is more minutes it’s a disaster every time he plays
This guy is going to be huge for the Kings.....adds length and muscle down low.....plus no more getting pushed around by guys like Kevon Looney....
Looney hasn’t done anything to Sabonis after that series a couple years ago.
Great addition, needed for a long time.
Good thing to note is that Him and Sabonis are close because they play for their national team
Capitalising on that Lithuanian aura
This pickup is MASSIVE
As long as he’s not the only option at the 5 like Nola i fucking love this move he’s always been reliable he’s kinda mini sabonis
His stats per 36 minutes ar really good like literally the same as Sabonis 20.5ppg 14.7rpg 4apg 1bpg

Also played with Derozan in raptors. Nice guy in locker room
Him and Sabonis played together on their national team and Jonas + Derozan were on the raptors together so the chemistry def there
They know each other. This will be amazing trio
@@Bearstealer There wasnt any chemistry between Liths never they are too similar or what
@donatasvigilita9908 according to whom? Lol
@@Bearstealer them. They performed at national team and they didnt played well
@@donatasvigilita9908 proof please? When and where did they say that? Bold assumptions. Can you provide actual info
Basically Kings traded Fox for Levine and Valanciunas. A win-win for Kings and Spurs.
AND got draft capitol
Damn great vid I learned some stuff I didn't even know about Jonas. Glad he's in Sac bcuz GOD DAMN WE NEED HIM

If someone could teach Sabonis hook shot it`s his father.
They do already work together in the off-season when they come to the National team 😇
The Kings could have used him tonight vs. Magic
Great pick up! Finally making some moves!
We basically just got another Sabonis, which is an amazing thing!
Alex Len has turned into more of a volleyball player lately. He does not rebound anymore but just swats the ball left and right.
I wish I could disagree with you, but I can’t.
Jv is beast already. He lost motivation in Wizards. Now him playing with Sabonis (homie) and derozan.. this is going to be next level trio
Thank you for this video.
We finally got the defense and length we needed!!!
theres definitely no defense there
@duriandj Interior defense but not perimeter and pick and roll.
Size, yes, defensive...kind of. A little bigger than Domas, but also slower. Maybe good rim defense, but nothing outside of that.

Also gives the Kings that reliable scoring punch off the bench.
Hallelujah ➕
I feel like JV's been unappreciated his whole career.
He got screwed, when he was traded for Marc Gasol. Ofc it was a good move for Raptors, but he did play well that year.
@@NONcomD yep he was one of the main reasons they were even in the playoffs, didn't even get a ring
@@NONcomD they also made him gain tons of weight, that slowed his game a lot
Kings just need to make 1 more move for a 3nD wing that can just hit some wide open corner 3s and play defense
That what the kings need…👍👍👍
jonas lets go
great pick up light the beam
🥳⚡️⚡️
Normally pp will talk more about this trade but this year trade deadline just being too crazy lol.
I remember on multiple occasions this guy killing the kings. He loved to bully us.
I need to if this ain’t fair or not!
both Lithuanians :)
Kings are stacked on paper now . Now if they could put it on paper
They need some defense at wings
@@NONcomDthey got Jake Laravia which should help
@@NONcomD they just got 6'8 jake LaRavia from grizzlies 2day. He good on defense and is shooting 44% from 3 this year
Jonas > Alex Len
Will he play today ?
Kings is really trying to reveal the early 2000 Kings era in 2025. I say they will be a problem in 2026.
JV is a supe
You can play the four and five position with sabonis, like the twin towers in Houston with Hakeem olajuwon and Ralph Sampson.
NOW TRADE ALEX LEN AND COLBY JONES, THEY BOTH SUCK.
Keep Alex Len for insurance in case JV goes down. And I have no idea how Colby Jones is in the NBA.
LOL Alex Lin isn’t that bad.. Just sucks he gets no playing time to show that he can really play

Whos gonna play defensive they still losing magic no sense lol
JV will get injury of a carrier and will leave NBA forever. No jv in 2027
What you silly taking about lol hater with his own head problems
@franklin8099 is no hate. Simple future
This is BS, any dummy can read stats to the internet. From the gut, will he help the team or not?
He literally said that in the opening segment it will help because that kings ARE AWFUL when Sabonis is off the floor. Did you even watch???
No. He wont. The guy commentingnudnet this and the guy who made rhe video are legit casuals.
Why do ppl wqtch you? You have zero clue what your tlaking about, have you ever played basketball at a level past rec?
Lol hater keep your mouth shut
he can hit 3eeees.
Holly Lithuania !! 😍😍😁😁
Need a better backup wing or point guard
