Hi, if u move Dec 1st legally he shouldn’t charge you for a full month. You should only be charged a prorated Dec rent and it should on be for the one day in Dec that you’re there. Example 31 days in Dec and normal month rent $1200 so 1200/31=$39 for December rent

How do you decide what dollar bills to use for each envelope? How do you plan the amount of each bill to get?

Bills are easy because I have a certain amount I need each paycheck to be able to pay for them each month. For groceries, I just personally like having bigger bills so I use 50’s and 20’s for my budget of $250. For Starbucks, my drinks are $6 and some change so I get 5’s and 1’s and carry change in my wallet. For categories like car maintenance and savings, I just put what I can in those envelopes. I don’t have goals yet for an amount of money to reach so I just stuff random amounts. I hope that helps a little bit and if you have further questions, let me know!
