Dimitris Lambrianos MDH-USA Satsang on Saturday, 4 March, 2023

On Saturday, 4 March, 2023, Sai devotees from North America spoke with world-renowned musician Dimitris Lambrianos. A musical prodigy who has mastered over 30 instruments, and performed at venues throughout the world, he gave up a lucrative career as a Hollywood movie musical score composer to follow a calling from within, and from his Guru, to move to Muddenahalli, Karnataka, India in 2015, and serve Him.
Today, he is training students from rural backgrounds, enrolled in the Sri Sathya Sai educational group of institutions, to play instruments which most of them had never heard of, or listened to before! Matching students with each instrument of a symphony orchestra, based on their unique talents, and importing high quality instruments from abroad has been no small task.
Remarkably, through these efforts, Mr. Lambrianos has built the Sai Symphony Orchestra from the ground up! It is one of only two symphony orchestras in India and the only one of young musicians. The symphony has performed complex pieces ranging from famous classics to modern symphonic adaptations of popular songs. Dimitris Sir shared his personal spiritual experiences, and his amazing interactions with the students, during this Satsang.
