For this video i filmed the entire process of making my miraculous ladybug bodysuit. This is the first time I've made a video like this, so sorry if its a bit hard to understand!
*in the video i say shoulders and seams and side seams....
I meant You then sew the Should seams and the side seams.

Materials used in this video
- McCall's M7269 Costume Pattern (check the sizing before buying as there are two different size sets)
- red lycra/spandex (spotted texture) bought off ebay - 2m
- Yaya hans black textured fabric - 1/2m
- Sharpie
- Glad wrap
- Duct tape
- scissors
- Ruler
- paper for patterns
- Strong thread in black or red
- Shoes with the right heel to go in the body suit
- Long Zip
- Hook and bar
- Sewing Machine that can do a ZigZag stitch or have a setting for stretch fabrics or use thread for stretch fabric

loved your video it was really easy to understand and i would love to that cosplay my self but my body shape is not the average so i would like to know if i need to do anithing about the measurements or do that pattern can fit pretty much everyone ? (sorry if i misspelled anything english isn't my first language)

Make sure you pin it and use a zig Zag stitch when sewing stretch fabric

This is the one i bought :) it can come under different names like Hologram spandex or shattered spandex :)
hello! i’m currently cutting out my pattern which is the same as the one you are using but i don’t know what the heck the first step wants me to do what is the staystitch there for?
Oh I didn’t use the instructions xD I wouldn’t worry about staystiching because it’s all stretch material anyway.
I got 2 questions
The first is a little bit privat but did you were something under this suit? Because the suit is really tight. And the second question is what did you about people who want to cosplay someone (ladybug) who hat more weight? (Because of the tight suit)
When I wear a bodysuit I tend to wear shapewear underneath.
The pattern I used for this comes in a 2 packs, 1 pack is the smaller sizes and the second has the bigger sizes. So whichever size you are you can buy the pattern that matches your measurements and do the suit the same as in the video. It's why I chose to use this pattern because it's got multiple sizes and easy for everyone to access. You can find it on ebay. I hope that helped :)
