If that judge doesn’t realize she’s host not just to testifying dirty cops and their equally dirty relatives and friends, but also to a highly suspect prosecution and law enforcement establishment, then she’s dirty too. There were 2 keys I saw and heard with Brian during the video. When the defense attorney is about to begin, look at Brian's eye movement and facial movement. Instead of acting like he's curious and ready, he's acting more hesitant. And the part when he says the name Brian Higgins, he pauses before saying the name, which is a sign that he didn't want to mention the name but had no choice. During testimonies and police interviews, that's usually a sign of the person you're speaking to having important information about the person mentioned. Things that the 2 Brians did just before the incident and during the next few months after the incident are important evidence for the defense and jury, showing that these 2 guys have important info and might be behind the whole incident and cover-up.
The fact that we are debating the Defense's case shows the prosecution has no case. The Defense has no burden of proof but its the only thing we have to talk about so far.

Why not include one of the professionals from TH-cam's Behavior Panel on your show for a second opinion. They regularly stress that they are not able to determine if someone is telling the truth or not. Rather, they point out when body language is congruent with the language spoken or if it might possibly indicate deception among other emotions. That would provide more balanced opinions rather than just one person who may be quick to judge.

If that judge doesn’t realize she’s host not just to testifying dirty cops and their equally dirty relatives and friends, but also to a highly suspect prosecution and law enforcement establishment, then she’s dirty too. There were 2 keys I saw and heard with Brian during the video.
When the defense attorney is about to begin, look at Brian's eye movement and facial movement. Instead of acting like he's curious and ready, he's acting more hesitant.
And the part when he says the name Brian Higgins, he pauses before saying the name, which is a sign that he didn't want to mention the name but had no choice. During testimonies and police interviews, that's usually a sign of the person you're speaking to having important information about the person mentioned.
Things that the 2 Brians did just before the incident and during the next few months after the incident are important evidence for the defense and jury, showing that these 2 guys have important info and might be behind the whole incident and cover-up.
The fact that we are debating the Defense's case shows the prosecution has no case. The Defense has no burden of proof but its the only thing we have to talk about so far.

This attorney is damaging to the defense, in my opinion. He's arrogant ("YOU WOULD AGREE WITH ME...") This witness is credible. The defense needs to move to more succinct and relevant cross.
Wow Colin Albert's old lawyer really thinks some frantic statements when finding your husband's body is a smoking gun. And the pieces of tail light? There's footage of Karen backing into a car.. And the evidence found at the scene was contaminated with solo cups, leaf blowers etc. Does he really think that is enough for a murder conviction?

As someone who spend nearly 25 years driving in the snow and rain the Karen Read story screamed at me something was wrong. The police and prosecution have gone full blown Tarzan chest thumping the argument that Karen Read was driving under the influence of nine big alcoholic drinks in a blinding snow storm and the only damage to her car was a tail light cracked! Oh vey, this woman should be a NASCAR driver if she can negotiate road conditions for miles during a near nor’easter with nine drinks in her and not do any damage to the car but a tail light! This story by the prosecution seems preposterous!

The fact that he has dog bites is enough doubt presented. Nothing else actually matters. He would not have dog scratches or bites if he didnt have some kind of interaction with the alberts / house. The dog bites is the actual eye raiser in this case.
Why not include one of the professionals from TH-cam's Behavior Panel on your show for a second opinion. They regularly stress that they are not able to determine if someone is telling the truth or not. Rather, they point out when body language is congruent with the language spoken or if it might possibly indicate deception among other emotions. That would provide more balanced opinions rather than just one person who may be quick to judge.
Some seem to be still working for gov etc and can be biased themselves imo, so don't know which ones would be thorough.

17:11 I think this is the moment that proves that body language reading is a joke. Even she says that one motion can mean two completely different things. Body language reading is as subjective as subjective gets. It is the epitome of the meaning of the word subjective. The lawyer is fairly antagonistic, I think we can agree on that because he needs to be; accusation of a different crime is the very nature of their defense. He is acting 'as a prosecutor would' toward a hostile witness and on top of that, questioning as though they were hostile and none of them were. That being said, to me, his attitude strips away at each witness' patience when he tries to qualify the slightest of things and even divides witnesses Grand Jury sentences in half. Brian clenching his jaw can simply be that he is holding himself back from lashing out at the arrogance and accusations of the lawyer by saying something stupid. I thought all the witnesses were credible today but I also know that half this board sees it different than I do. To me, the whole phone thing is stupid. What is 9 or 18 seconds on even an 'answered' phone call good for? If there were something to it, the two men could have made up some dumb conversation they had more easily than denying they spoke. The same thing with the big deal the defense makes about Colin. Everybody saw him leaving when they were entering. They were asked, "who was there at the 'afterparty', so to speak. I would not have included him either.

I thought the witnesses seemed credible too, just irritated by a load of dumb questions, especially the phone stuff.
How clannish and weird is this Albert family to have 3 adult offspring still living at home. Everyone knows that young adults usually strike out on their own to make their own way in the world, I find this is a bit weird not to mention that too many adults in one home makes for a different kind of pack behaviour and tension.

Thank you for making the point all these people would have to be in on the murder coverup. The wife, the children, the party goes...It's just not plausible. Yes, something was on those phones they didn't want shown but it does not disprove the evidence of the broken tail light, the lack of dog DNA, the hair on the bumper and the broken glass from the bar which he would have brought and left inside. If there was one drop of dog DNA it would prove he was inside. They cannot place him inside the home.
