if you need to replace buffers, there are plenty out there - I got quite a few spares from David J Parkins from the ABS range last year - well worth it if you wish to restore the van..

Thanks, yes was a big mistake to shorten them, got desperate with buffer lock and derailments. Great idea. Do you model O Gauge too ? Regards Bernie
