    I started with this type of practice a year ago and I have advanced more than in the last four years. So people, if you take it seriously and really follow the "program" you would be surprised what can be achieved. You can not imagine the happiness that I felt when I was able to play "No gravity" for the first time.

    Thanks Kiko! I've been playing the guitar for over 20 years, but only this year I learned how to practice properly, and my playing is progressing really fast now. These four tips are really the core succesful practice for me. What helped a lot as well is that I plan what I want to practice two weeks in advance. Then after work, I only have to look up what I have planned for that day, and go through the motions. And when you have a bad day, that's okay, that happens, just trust the process, likely tomorrow it will go better.

  • @aryinc
    @aryinc 5 ปีที่แล้ว

    exactly. it's that 1 hour. but when your getting more pro then you don't need an hour anymore. then it's warming up and just play whats in the mind right. i only practise the things i stumble upon or new ideas or riffs that need the developement work or something, relaxing and sight seeing is also practise right ^^, just to let the mind breath new ideas. kiko your doing it awesome and lisa x is some serious talent also.

    no secret, she is just extremely talented, was born with great neural connections, brain matter, neurons, etc if anything the fact that she practices only 2 to 3 hours proves this. Someone born with a more powerful brain will require less practice to "get" stuff since is not struggling as much and things come easier. Someone with a less powerful brain and an older brain will require a copious amount of practice to see the same results. The same concept can be seen in other skills. Practice can only get you so far.

    dar uma pausa é muito importante. em trechos complicados ela é essencial para seu cérebro organizar as novas informações e assimilar melhor. Então a melhor coisa quando eu não estou conseguindo tocar após insistir numa frase, ou trecho inteiro, é não me estressar e entender que é questão de tempo se eu fizer da maneira certa. Dar essa pausa é essencial para o não estresse hehehe como o kiko bem disse! As vezes eu vou dormir e qd acordo no outro dia já estou tocando aquela parte do dia anterior muito mais facilmente! Obs.: nao toco guitarra, mas sim o banjo americano (mtas frases e passagens velozes com dedilhados complexos), compreender a importância da pausa e do estudo devagar e progressivo se tornou essencial para manter de maneira saudável a minha rotina de treinos.

    Caramba Kiko é incrivel a semelhança de tocar guitarra e programar software!! Essa dica de 1h e 20mins é ouro! vale tanto para guitarra quanto programação, ambos exigem demais do cérebro, dar este descanso apesar de parecer improdutivo, na verdade torna mais produtivo!

    Boas dicas. Acho que as vezes na música, em seu processo de aprendizagem é refutado. POis, muitos não a tratam como um processo de ensino e aprendizagem, daí somente a preocupação de execução do som etc. No entanto, a música tem o processo de ensino e aprendizagem, isso é importante. e, para tanto, precisa de método. eu gostei desse vídeo por conta disso!!! Muito bom, Kiko!!!

    Gostaria de ousar dizer, após décadas de experiência no desenvolvimento de habilidades na guitarra, que um dos segredos é com certeza o estado de espirito. Os resultados estão associados ao teor da personalidade que foi desenvolvido e que é movido em serenidade, animação, concentração e minuciosidade. Alguém nascido em ambiente tenso, com hábitos estressantes terá mais dificuldade de se concentrar e realizar funções motoras sutis na guitarra do que alguém com equilibrio mental e motor por natureza socioambiental e habitual. Ou seja, o primeiro segredo é tratar cada momento da guitarra como um mantra, como um momento de reboot mental e motor num hyoga musical.
    Segundo segredo é a metodologia de estudos, que o mestre Kiko orienta melhor que qualquer um. 😎😉✌🏼

      "Alguém nascido em ambiente tenso, com hábitos estressantes terá mais dificuldade de se concentrar e realizar funções motoras sutis na guitarra do que alguém com equilibrio mental e motor por natureza socioambiental e habitual"
      Você vê que ela tem um ambiente familiar favorável
      Ela não é aquela criança/adolescente preocupada em não tocar muito alto com vergonha da mãe/irmão ouvir e ficar zuando. Não é aquela criança que tem que tocar escondido pq a mãe proíbe. Não é aquela criança que quer ter paz de espírito para fazer as coisas dela, mas que a casa está sempre em guerra. Ela está em um ambiente propício, favorável.
      A cada dia é um exemplo de que meritocracia é um termo nem sempre justo de ser utilizado, nem todos tem o mesmo ponto de partida, apesar de a primeira vista parecer. Bons estudos.
